Ive been going to Lisa's Nails for 2 years now, reasonable price, lovely girls, good atmosphere specially when Sandy is around as she is a lively funny girl. Didn't give 5 stars cos before my nails used last some times even a month but they changed their products and few times o had to come back to get it done again after a day or 2, but came back 2 weeks ago and had a perfect French gel nails (by Sandy) and still all amazingly done! Tried well knowing spas in the area and other few places but Lisa's is the best one in St Albans!

Have been going to Lisa star nails for nearly 18 months. The girls are always friendly and chatty would definitely recommend going there for shellac, acrylic and gel extensions. Have also had a great pedicure here.

My favourite nail salon! Friendly staff and good atmosphere. They do a great job at giving you natural looking nails. My acrylics have lasted me about 6 weeks. Really recommend them, specially the tall, skinny, Vietnamese guy- who's name I do not know!

Thought they were very attentive and spent a long time doing nails. Felt uncomfortable as they spoke to each other also in a different language. Nails turned out well so far but shocked at the extortionate price!! Overheard the price for each to be £26 for acrylics and £43 for gels that other customers were charged but for some unknown reason, charged me and my daughter £43 for acrylics and £50 for gels. Bit of a shocking Mother's Day treat from my 16 year old daughter, luckily I had cash in my purse! Will never go there again!!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Quite disappointing since new management took over. Had a pedicure & the lady cut me on my toe. No apology; in fact the manager first denied it happened, then when she finally acknowledged it was not there before they started the pedicure - it was an open wound that bled! ... she said it was my fault!!!!. Terrible customer service; botched pedicure. will NOT be going back

Ruined my nails. Went in to have gels removed and they used a drill. I should have walked out. My nails are destroyed. Do not go here!
