I had a horrible experience today. I went to get my nails regular polish done. I told the lady doing my nails that they were sensitive she pushed my cuticles back which led to excess bleeding.
I asked her to remove the polish off as I was in a lot of pain while removing it off my nails were bleeding and she kept rubbing it with the nail polish remover.
Didn't apologise about what happened now I can't feel my nails even when I called to complain she just disregarded the matter and said it was normal to bleed while having my cuticles pushed back now I'm on numbing cream and can't feel my nails at all I sent her the picture on Instagram DM but she just said use olive oil and update me tomorrow.
Unbelievable this will be the first and last time I'll ever come here so unprofessional and they weren't even apologetic at all!!

Amazing service, had a wonderful time for my sisters birthday. Great customer service, very welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing fun experience. We also opted for a massage treatment and it was the best, left feeling amazing. And the girls are wonderful. 10/10!

One of the best spa’s located in the London, absolutely amazing service and location. The staff made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Everything was on point, not a single thing to complain about. Worth the money, worth the travel, highly recommend anyone who needs a great time to relax to go with their friends, family or spouses. This spa is so lovely! From the moment I was welcomed in to the moment I left the service was amazing. The spa was so clean and tidy. It smelt fresh and looked good also the layout was nicely presented. A lot of effort was put into this place and it shows. The facilities were very relaxing with the choice of playing our own music. I would recommend 100%

I can not believe how good this place is. Super clean and vibrant. You fully have privacy which is amazing. You are given everything you need. We went for our third wedding anniversary, the lovely staff added extra little touches. We have booked to go again. Trust me you won't feel like you are in London

Visited last week Thursday ti celebrate my 4th year anniversary with my husband and it was amazing! We had such a lovely time at the spa. Couldn’t have gone any better wish we stayed longer. Came here to celebrate my birthday and had such a relaxing time! The spa facilities were clean and really lovely. The full body massage was the high light - it felt so good. Will definitely be returning!

Me and my friends came here today to use the spa, it was a very relaxing moment😍🥰. The rooms were so tidy and clean. The shower temperature was perfect for me too👍🏼 everything went well. Definitely i would visit here again!!
