Very friendly and pleasant at first and when selling their products but completely different when asked questions regarding treatments. Kindly offered a second appointment for free to complete the treatment they didnt finish, which I wasn't expecting, but meant a long journey to the place. If the treatment worked then I will adjust the ratings to 4 and recommend the place.

Worst experience ever! I arrived on time to be made to wait 30 mins, after which a very rude blonde woman told me that the man who makes their appointments does not make the beauticians aware. Looking at other reviews on here, this is a common theme. The woman refused to help me request a refund or rearrange anything, she just walked right past me out the door when I was mid sentence. I actually thought I was on some sort of prank show the service was that awful.

Do not use this beautician. They are cheap because they are totally unreliable. Twice in a row my appointment has been cancelled last minute with no explanation. I just get a refund email from Treatwell and have had to call them myself to ask why!!?! Which in itself is bizarre…no apology or explanation. I think if they don’t have enough bookings that day, they just cancel as the beautician can’t be bothered to come in for it. I was hoping it was a one off, but twice in the space of a few weeks is a joke. Putney has plenty of much better beauticians so I suggest paying a bit more and going somewhere that values their clients.

I had my facial done with Asia, she was very professional and pleasant. Highly Recommend it!

Very sad to see the one star reviews! Fortunately I have never had an issue with my appointments however I have always booked directly through the Manager. Marta was fantastic, evidently knowledgeable and thorough. She took her time to explain the process (HIFU) and discuss expectations. 5/5 for service.
Venue could be more stylish but hey at this price it’s a steal!

Marta was so sweet and professional. Made me feel really at easy and is a total ray of sunshine! I had the fat freezing cryoliposis treatment and she talked me through the details of the treatment and how it works. Will definitely be back! The salon has a great offer of beauty technology

I used their services for several hifu treatments and other face/body treatments. I placed my trust in their so called "experience" and "professionalism" but that's a big mistake. Unfortunately the number one problem is that there is no clear communication between the guy who sets appointments (his name is Adam) and the beauticians (Marta and others). He recommends treatments without having seen me nore knowing my skin condition and tells me I could discuss it with the beautician....sadly the beautician isn't very concerned about "how to advise me in reaching the wished goals", she just want to get on with what's on the system and move to the next client. This means that they don't manage very well their clients treatments...etc I do not recommend this place because of the lack of communication and understanding about what exactly they are doing and poor management. The beautician sends me to Adam from reception and likewise he sends me back to talk to the beautician. And the beautician doesn't seem to have time to talk to the client and answer general questions about the treatments. Finally I didn't get the results I was promised. Total madness !

Had the worst experience, book a 1hour service through groupon which lasted less than 20mins, got there on time to be told to come back in a hour. To then be seen by a so called ‘beautician’ who was soo ruff with my skin never spoke to me about what she was doing throughout I left with burns and tight skin felt more worse than when I walk in. Would highly recommend avoiding this place , it’s bin 3weeks and my skin has only just settled down after having to seek help from my Doctor worst facial I’ve ever had 😢
