Have professional staff and understand that you are the professionals and know the colours and styles, not the customer.

I really wanted to give it a try after the bad reviews I saw online. From the beginning, Shefali was rude and sarcastic, and showed a lack of empathy and professional attitude in customer service. On top, she was very close to me without a mask, arguing she was feeling hot. The rest of the staff was wearing their masks when close to clients.

As a customer, I know what I need and the service I expect, but I do not know the colours or shades that you have. That is your staffs job.

I told Shefali what I needed and wanted, but never expected her type of answer : How am I supposed to know which colour? I explained her the tone according to my hair, and mentioned espresso or chocolate tone. But she kept laughing as if she was making fun of me. Then, when choosing the colour for my eyelashes she laughed even more. I was never asked for the colour used before. This was the first time. I mentioned I wanted the same tone as my eyebrows or a bit darker. Only then she mentioned the name of the colour.

The trimming was not different. She left my eyebrows uneven and stated that I had one eyebrow thinner than the other. Exactly! Thats why I asked for your services: to make them even and have both the same.

She had to tint again, since she did not do it right from the beginning, and also cutting my eyebrows again.

I must also mention that all the staff was professional, while Shefali kept gossiping while working with another member. I am not sure if she was talking about me , and complaining, or about something else. But she was not paying attention at all to what she was doing. Furthermore, being called “my darling” or “my sweetie” is not what I expected as customer, coming from a professional.

My eyes are really red and swollen, and she was not careful at all. My eyelids look burned. I will definitely delete their app and never consider these services again.

Painful treatment.

She was applying way too much pressure and was applying pressure to my eye, pretty much putting her whole thumb into my eye socket. I complained and said she was too rough, but I felt she brushed it off saying this is the treatment.

- After the session, my vision was blurry because of the pressure
- She was putting her hands all over my face, pulling on my skin
- The glue/adhesive went into my eyes and it was burning. Never again!

I get regular LVL/lash lifts and wanted to move to Blink but now, I will return to my usual salon.

If I could put 0 stars I would more fair!
Got an appointment with Juelisa for lash lift , at 11:30 and they called 2 ‘ before to tell your appointment is cancelled due to patch test you didn’t book?! And you called 2 min before ? Being already there? And how I supposed to know that I need this thing?! When I booked , nobody asked for it. Especially when you’re first time costumer!!
So unprofessional staff & last min persons!

Really bad therapist her name was Nuri very unprofessional service avoid at all cost was a traumatic experience and I’ve left feeling insecure and uncomfortable. Manager was ok however the therapist that did my face threading was dreadful butchered my face. This was Oxford Street Selfridges. This is not high end professional, they give the persona its high end high quality service, when actually they are are uprofessional.

Simply put the service I experienced getting my lashes done was not worth the time or cost at Oxford Street's branch.

The technician glued clumps of extensions onto my lashes where the glue was and still is visible. 3 weeks later the clumps are falling out hanging from my natural lashes making this highly irritable.

Just perfect, I have got my lashes done so many places around london and this is the best by far, Cleo is an artist, I am so happy and I will never go anywhere else!

My first time at a BBB salon in Kingston, I’m usually a Shavata customer. Massage was lovely, apart from that I did not get the treatment I asked for (c-curl lash and tint). Could tell the therapist was working hard (lots of tugging and pulling) but I’m afraid her technical skills for the treatment asked for are lacking (product / application). Have been asked to not shower for 48 hours and let the product work (never heard that before but doing as I am told even though it sounds dubious!?) but my eye lashes so far are dead flat (not even a basic lift) with no colour. I have been going to Shavata Chiswick since November 2019, most recently 18 August 2022 (can produce evidence as needed) and I always come out with a c-curl (can send a photo). Even the local Vietnamese salon at less than half the price (£40) produces a better basic lift. When I picked up my 6 year old daughter from a play date after the treatment she asked, ‘Mummy why are your eyes looking so tired?’ Not the comment I was hoping for. I’m pretty unhappy as I had the treatment for my Christmas party next Friday but now will have to apply a pair of false lashes instead. And certainly don’t feel I got what I paid for.

I use the brow bar every month and it’s normally good but if you are looking to book I would suggest you avoid using Shiwali she’s awful and really does wreck your eyes brows. Very disappointed
