Absolutely Fabulous Tanning Salon

Appointment made, they even wrote down the time and date on a card. Called 3 days before the appointment to confirm and was told there was no appointment, and the 'Cee U Next Tuesday' receptionist was beyond rude, made no effort to fix the problem they created.

I haven’t used sunbed a before and the lady at reception was lovely and explained everything. They have been renovated with new sun beds with powerful bulbs so she advised to only go on for 6 minutes. Really clean and nice sun bed would recommend.

Worst tanning salon i’ve ever been to. The timer on the beds are fast so they cheat you out of tanning time. No eye protection in the room, i had to put my clothes back on to go back upstairs and ask. Receptionist didn’t even say bye as I left. If you feel like having awful customer service and being cheated out of your money. (I was even charged £4.50 for 6 minutes) this is the place to go. If not, avoid at all costs.

As someone who uses beds regularly, I was not asked for any details, I was not told things were new, I have always been advised the tubes have been changed or if anything is new.
I was not advised, not asked, not spoken to to be honest I was treated like ‘ just someone’
I had 12 minutes as I usually do... without key information I BURNT badly, never before have I had a problem, I’m beat red and very very burnt. Safety appears not to be thought of. As a more regular to indigo sun, they would never let this happen.
Systems / team need to change as this is poor and painful.

i have alway been a user of sunbeds and have travelled all over in search of the best tan. since finding megasun tanning in st albans all i can say is WOW. very reasonably priced for the state of the art equipment that they have and it looks like the shop has just gone through a very high end refurb ! great staff, always clean, would highly recommend !!!!!

Lovely clean shop. Very friendly and helpful staff. Always give good advice on creams and how to achieve the best tan. I have been using this shop for 20years and would never consider going anywhere else

Absolutely shocking customer service. The ladies behind the desk were too busy talking to even aknowledge me. Even after 1 said u deal with that,nodding at me, they carried on talking. Walked out, ill take my business to somewhere that can be bothered to serve customers.

Super clean, nice atmosphere. Lady at the desk was polite and helpful. The beds themselves are great with customisable settings. Definitely high-end. Bit more pricey than I'm used to but think the quality of the beds justifies it.
