Absolutely love this place!! Katie done an amazing job on my holiday Gel nails!! Normally in my job (boxing coach) my nails hardly last long at all but when Katie done them they survived 3 weeks, 1 week of that was in the swimming pool every day! Went back to have nails done again today! All the ladies there are super friendly and the treatments are very affordable too!!

I cannot recommend Mrs FeelGood enough! The service is amazing and I am never disappointed. I had my eyebrows tinted and threaded by Molly last week who is lovely! So professional and gives you really good aftercare advice too. Go and visit them, you won’t be disappointed :)

I came for a Brazilian wax with Elizabeth and honestly I hate going for wax appointments and I have had some terrible experiences in the past at other salons. Elizabeth was AMAZING. Her technique was the least painful bikini wax I’ve ever had and she was very reassuring and made me feel at ease and relaxed which is quite difficult to do especially as I had a 12 week old baby with me.

After such a positive day experience I’ll definitely book more regular wax appointments but only on a Tuesday as that’s when Elizabeth works!!!!

Had a facial with Suki. She was very friendly and professional, I had a lovely time. Really relaxing procedure 🙂

29th May had skin tag procedure by Parveen Medical Practitioner.

Got text message day before procedure to say ‘Also Grace I forgot to mention our card machine is down so it would be bank transfer or cash, If that’s okay’ (first red flag).

Arrived for appointment paid £50 no receipt (second red flag).

Initially they were very friendly on phone. Then no communication after raising queries.

12th June I text that the crust of skin tag has come off but tag still present is this normal?

Parveen responded on 13th June to say this was normal. And to say she would contact me.

15th June I text, no response

16th June no response

23 June text for advice no response

Called shop to be told I could go for second opinion asked for Parveen to contact me STILL no response.
On day off procedure they were happy to take my money and told me if I needed any advice she would be happy to discuss.

Avoid booking here there is absolutely no customer assurance, care or service!!!

I had booked and confirmed an appointment here weeks ago but the salon was locked when I arrived, noone answering phone or emails or the doorbell! Someone finally answered 10 minutes late but they were quite rude and had no idea I had an appointment. I ended up deciding to leave and not going ahead.

Booked online for a gel pedicure , got a call from them we don’t have availability that time . It’s so frustrating and don’t recommend .

Zelimah performed waxing with skill, speed and sensitivity. However, I wish they'd fix the flashing spotlight from 2 months ago. Instead, all the lights over the treatment bed were on the blink this time. Had to cover my eyes with wet cotton wool pads to prevent headache again
