This salon staff was very unprofessional. Their treatments seem to take a lot more time an average salon would. For a salon based in Walthamstow, it's very pricey too. My friend got her hair done recently , she was getting balayage, and I was giving her company & I realised they was very unhygienic, they tried using the same bowl colour that had bleach in ( which she used on a another client) for my friends hair . This is wrong! If you're charging your clients a lot for your service. At least give them a good clean service. They were two people working. They both didn't give good customer service, they don't know how to wash hair ,or how to blow dry hair. It was horrific experience! Their hair dryer blew up , while my friend was getting her hair done & rather than checking if the client is safe, she threw the blow dryer near my friends feet, knowing there's smoke and fire coming out of that hairdryer. Unprofessional Salon. Unacceptable behaviour.

My friend got her hair done from here and it was very disappointing. It was all messed up and the lady didn’t allow my friend to even look at her own hair while she was doing the hair and then my friend said she doesn’t like it, instead of showing good customer service, she was avoiding the whole situation. On top of that, she ripped my friend off. I would not recommend this place at all. Disgusting attitude as well.
After reading other people’s views, it shows that the salon is two faced because they treat all their customers differently when you should treat all your customers equally.
If there was an option to rate them 0 stars, I would.

So I was charged over £200 for balayage on short hair. First of all, I’ve gone to this place a few times now prior to COVID and the price has gone up but I sort of expected it because of the pandemic. I’ve had Tasmia do my hair before and she does a good job. I had Ghazala do my hair once before and she did a good job on the colour but the cut wasn’t even. This time I got Ghazala again and I had completely forgotten that she was the one who cut my hair uneven the last time and I expected the same results as I got with Tasmia. I was very wrong. She was scraping for colour because they had ran out, they spoke about it in front of me but didn’t say anything directly to me. They shared the colour between me and another customer. On top of that she cut my hair roughly and said it’s just a rough cut I’ll sort it out if you’re happy with the length. I said yeah that’s fine and she carried on snipping. I assumed she fixed it but I couldn’t tell because she curled my hair at the end. It looked great. When I got home I washed, dried and straightened my hair out. I was so embarrassed at how dodgy the haircut was. Of course everyone wanted to see this £200+ haircut so I had to quickly level it out myself. I just find it outrageous that this place is charging professional prices when they’re far from professional. How are you doing hair if your cannot even cut hair evenly?????? It just baffles me and makes no sense. Once I overlooked but it’s the second time and I will never be going back!!!!

Only place i feel confident to trust my hair with. Amreya and ilham provided a really nice service. Their customer service was fantastic and was really happy with the Balayage.

The only salon i will trust with my hair! Have had balayage done from this place and every time i was so pleased. They had to fix a dodgy haircut Hosh in Woodgreen did to me lol. Have recommended this place to my family and my sister-in-laws and sister have gone to this place to get their hair done. The owner Tasmia really knows her stuff

Ghazala was amazing, such a lovely person so happy to have her do my hair as I was very nervous after a couple bad experiences getting hair coloured at other places. She made me feel comfortable & transformed my hair, better than I had expected. Thank you for a lovely cut and colour needed a makeover as was long overdue. ❤️
