I cannot recommend Lou highly enough. She is very professional, taking the time to explain in detail each step of the process during and after the procedure. This gave me a great deal of confidence as I then knew what to expect and also know what to do going forward. Lou 's attention to detail is second to none, there is no doubt how much pride she takes in her work. The process was painless and the end result is absolutely fantastic I am delighted with the shape and colour of my eyebrows. My only regret is that I didn't go to Lou sooner to them done 😁
