1st time waxing , 1st time at divine beauty and I was made to feel special ,comfortable and relaxed by Maria even before I received my treatment from priyanka who was amazing.

She ensured my process was smooth and not as painful as possible expected which I was happy about.

I left the salon smooth and fresh and my nieces will be going there for their sweet 16 waxing so thank you xxx

I came here before, I had a bob cut, I showed a picture, they cut way I wanted it, and it was cut quickly. then I went again, they made me wait for a long time. this time it was a different woman, she was owner. I showed the picture, he cut a completely different haircut, and for a very long time. I didn't like it at all, it RUINED my hair! Do not go to this salon! I threw away £25.

Prianka has golden hands. I am very fussy with my massage as I am sensitive so if the pressure is to high I simply don't enjoy it. Prianka always doesn't it perfect and makes me feel relax and comfortable. Rooms are simple but clean . Rest of Place need a bit of a refreshment tho :) still i will be a regular

As a regular customer of Priyanka, I have been to her for many facials, eyebrows treatments, Massages etc.

Here at the salon, I have always had a very good customer service and care with treatments carried out very diligently and in the best possible way ensuring the highest standards are always carried out.

I have also had good services for the aforementioned items from the boss of the salon. All the staff are very polite and friendly.

The appointments are always booked professionally and are also on time ensuring no waiting times are ever needed.

Just a good note for any customer who wishes to get to get to a booked appointment, the person should try to come to the salon a bit earlier than the designated appointment time in order to get all treatments done in time.

Overall, I am very happy and pleased with the treatments given here snd would always without any doubt give 5 out of 5 in all areas of the star rating review area.

The owner is agreeable and welcoming. The beautician, Prianka, is a very professional young lady who excelled in precision and care. The waxing was perfect and done pain-free. And I also heard a customer thanking her passionately for her top-notch massage. I came across them via Woucher deal, they made me a customer!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! You have to go!! Customer service is so incredible! She saw me in an emergency and also gave me amazing advice about the issues I was having with growing my eyebrows! Beautiful space, was amazing on the phone when I was lost and I will definitely be returning for the same service and other services! Highly recommended!

My birthday, we chose the hour long full body massage and I am addicted!! Beautiful service, very skilful massage, listened to my preferences, and you can feel they take their time with you and not rush. I will be coming back to get the massage package, I need this!

Went here via wowcher for full body waxing and the lady who did my waxing was extremely unprofessional, she peeled my skin from my bikini and bum area and no my hair wasn't too thick or too less for it to be waxed. In one hour and 45 minutes she managed to get my full bikini , full legs and only under arms done; when I asked her about the full arms she was like no full body does not include full arms :S. When I was leaving I got the leaflet of this salon the services in the full body wax then full arms was included! unfortunately I checked it on the train on my way back to home.
I wrote an email to the owner/manager but no reply , this I can understand that since it was the festive season so they must be busy.
Maybe I got the wrong lady (who happened to be a Turkish woman) for my services.
