I had lovely traditional thai massage after work here. The receptionist was polite and very friendly. I was running 10 minutes late, but it wasn't a problem. I can't remember the name of the therapist, but it was an older lady, and she was brilliant. She was very professional, asking me what strength of pressure I liked and what areas I wanted focusing on. It was very relaxing and I thoroughly enjoyed it. She got rid of all my knots in upper back and I could tell she was very experienced. I really recommend this place, and I have already booked another massage in few weeks time.

2nd time at this Spa. Absolutely amazing. They accommodated a late walkin with no issues. Was treated by Kim who was great at getting my problem areas solved with a Thai massage. I had been suffering with neuropathic pain for weeks and hobbled in with nerve and muscle pain in my legs . After an hour of bliss I walked out refreshed and pain free . Muscles were still weak but I was able to sleep that night and woke up pain free without the need for painkillers for the next few days. What I love about this place is that it's no nonsense. Relaxing atmosphere and total respect for privacy. It's not gimmicky and all the ladies are polite and professional. Will keep going back. So totally worth it.

Very relaxing experience. Also, very accommodating. I walked in and made an appointment for a pedicure and foot massage the same day. I then had to cancel the pedicure, they were nice about it. The facility was clean, the therapist was excellent. The foot massage was the best I've ever had. I think it's good value for money. The next time I'm on London I'm definitely going back!

I’m an American on vacation and thankful I was staying near this spa in a vibrant neighborhood area. Helping carry my grandson’s pram up and down the underground steps, sleeping on a new pillow and walking up millions of stairs to the many towers while sightseeing wrecked my neck by Wednesday. Lemongrass had an appointment for a Thai combo massage. It was my first Thai massage and it was amazing. My body felt like a noodle when I was done and my neck was 99% better the following day. If I come back, I’m going to proactively book this massage for the midpoint of my trip again. I loved it!!!

I highly recommend Lemongrass, the therapists are all truly amazing here. I have been coming for years for an authentic Thai massage that makes a difference to my health and well-being, really the best in central London. The receptionist is always friendly, and the rooms are nice and warm without being too hot. Prices are also reasonable, esp for the area!

Their booking system is such a mess. The lady took the phone call didn’t put our name down. So when we went there they said there is no slot for us. Right after we left one lady called us back in the rain said there was room for us then. It was unbelievable that it was a mistake again and asked us to go back in two hours….such ridiculous experience. Hope the owners will refine their system

I had a full body massage with Nina this afternoon, she worked out a knot in my back and released tension all over! The whole experience was great, no fuss, very relaxing and a lovely atmosphere in general.
