I treat myself to a manicure at The Beauty Stop every month. Toni and the girls are so friendly and helpful. I'm really looking forward to their event at the end of November - I'm booked in for the Indian Head Massage. Can't wait! 10/10 Recommended.

I started coming here at the end of 2017 after the owner had changed . I now come regularly for amazing Thai massages on a very regular basis due to a bad back & recurring shoulder pain.

I prefer firm pressure massages and they always get it right; I always leave feeling 100% better than when I went in. I usually have my massages with Annie who is superb but Nong is also excellent and highly recommend them both.

Also easily accessible near South Woodford tube.

The expertise of the staff, the owner in particular are brilliant. I’ve been having Thai massage for about 6 months and it’s been amazing, really been life changing as I suffer with my back and circulation. Highly recommend this spa ! 😊 happy customer.

I’ve been coming to Baan Spa for Thai medical massages for a little over a year now. I’d been a bit wary at first because of negative Google reviews, but I’ve since found out the salon underwent a change of management a couple of years ago and think the negative reviews must have related to previous management.

I can’t praise this place enough for massages - I do prefer to be treated by Annie, who is simply superb, but the other massage therapists here are excellent too. After my first visit, Annie talked me into going for a Thai medical massage rather than a standard back and neck massage, and I’m so glad I followed her recommendations - the medical massage takes a much more holistic approach and considers what might be causing the aches and pains, rather than simply massaging the bits that hurt. It’s become a monthly investment for me, and I really notice the difference if I leave it too long between appointments.

I can’t comment on the other treatments provided at the salon because I’ve only ever had massages here, but I fully recommend this place if you’re looking for a quality massage treatment.

Really pleased to have found a reliably good massage place local to us. Have experienced many mediocre massages in the past but this was recommended by someone at air yoga and we’ve really benefited from them. Annie takes good care of her clients - I know she is in demand and for good reason. I hope COVID doesn’t harm the business too badly.

I have been coming to Annie since 2017, I cannot recommend her enough. A combination of Thai and medical massage techniques. Her knowledge and understanding of the body is second to none. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend her medical massage.

I must say that since moving to England and trying out several spas, Baan Thai is the only massage place I can absolutely recommend! Annie, take good care of yourself. :) I am very lucky I’m a minute away from you anytime I’m in need of an amazing Thai massage experience!

i paid a deposit for my 30 min thai massage, i ended up the hospital the night before my appointment as i have been diagnosed with mumps, i couldn't go to the shop i asked to change it Annie said no an has taken my deposit she said I should have let her know 24 hours before - how was I to know i would end up the hospital with mumps 24 hours before? They are very rude an unprofessional i do NOT recommend. She is not friendly at all
