Having been a loyal customer of this salon, and indeed the owner prior to her setting up the salon, I have almost always had good facials here.
Sadly, the owner, handled a particular issue exceptionally badly. Her lack of composure and professionalism - particularly to a longstanding customer of hers - meant I know longer wish to return.
While the salon staff are generally friendly and treatments are of good quality, I have since realised that I can obtain the same treatments at comparable prices in settings which feel that bit more relaxing; quieter rooms, nicer robes, better decor - all of which add to the experience.

All the girls are lovely and really friendly! The salon have great availability that suits all, so clean and professional. I do love having the same person for my appts thats just me however even if this isnt possible (as I have booked a lot last minute) the other girls are just as great. Very happy costumer :) Thanks Simply!

I love this little gem of a place - all the staff are lovely and they offer a great range of services. I'm a regular to get my eyebrows shaped, and recently had a wonderful facial - I'm looking forward to trying some of their other services too. Keep an eye out for their offers during FiverFest, as there's always bargains to be had!

2022 update: had another fast, minimal pain Brazilian and underarm wax with Natalie. This place really is great, reasonably priced and they're so friendly and make you feel comfortable if you're body conscious like myself. A++ establishment

2020: The best Brazilian waxing experience I've ever had!!! Anyone wanting a fast, minimal pain wax go to Simply skin and ask for Lisa, she was fantastic.

I took my 17 year old for a nose piercing to Simply Skin Teddington. All went well until a few hours later when the nose stud started to come out. Over night it fell out.
I contacted Simply Skin to rectify the problem. They said it could not happen, implying It was my daughters fault.
I wanted to get a re piercing, but they were reluctant and suggested seeing a doctor. We spoke to a doctor friend who said the piercing possibly hit a vein.
My daughter still wants the piercing, so I contacted Simply Skin again, but they refused to re pierced.
So I paid for a service that Simply Skin did not complete. So no piercing and no refund. I’ll not use this company again.

Sinead of Simply Skin London is the only person I would trust with my face treatments. I have had Botox and numerous filler treatments all of which I am beyond happy with.

My nose has been completely reshaped after having broken it several times. My 11s are gone (others tried but couldn’t smooth them) and my lips and under eyes are phenomenal!!

Her professionalism and knowledge in her industry is second to non. As is her flexibility for appointments, follow ups and after care.

Having had previous treatments with other companies there is no comparison to the comfort, trust and confidence I have in Sinead at Simply Skin Ldn.

Couldn’t recommend this company anymore. Love love love.

Had a great experience getting my cartilage pierced here. Friendly staff and very efficient and quick service. I couldn’t be happier with my piercing, all round would recommend :)
