The worst hair salon ever they can't cut or manage different types of hair the prices are ridiculous the hair dye is horrible my experience over the years going to this place left me really angry due to the lack of experience and they always changing staff so that must be a sign of who the owners really are it's sad bit true.

The lady cuts hair very well but never bothers to turn up on time. This hairdressers a second chance and once again i couldnt get hold of anyone for my appointment, both times it has been delayed by atleast an hour. No one bothers to call to let you know they wont be turning up either. Surely they dont value their customers and their time, i dont think both my experiences was a coincidence either.

Please stay well away from them, i wont be returning.

The bank holiday weekend is upon us and I had plans to really take advantage, but first I had to sort out my hands, nails and body hair. I searched on Google and Treatwell and gave in to the offers on Treatwell which were:

Manicure: £8 (20 mins)
Pedicure: 9.60 (20 mins)
Bikini Waxing : £24 (30 mins)

I went in on time for my appointment only to be told by the women (2 staff only present on a Friday) that they were unaware of the booking. I stood there not refusing to turn around and leave (biggest mistake). The manager aka the owner looked at her PDA and confirmed my reservation for the offer has gone through. She then told me their newly installed card machine wasn't working so I had to leave and withdraw cash.

When I came back the women at reception asked me to sit on the Pedicure chair. I sat there only to discover THERE WAS NO GOD DAMN WATER IN THE FOOT BATH! She took her antiseptic spray and sprayed it all over her files and my feet. She filed my nails and heels down. She then told me I was done and took me over to the nail desk...she sprayed my hands which pissed me right off. I immediately asked her if she intends to soak my fingertips because I specifically asked for my cuticles to be removed. She tell gave me attitude, returned with cold water...stupidity at a different level!

As she was sorting my nails out to was pushing at skin so hard as though she was taking revenge.

At this point I decided this place was not for me or my money. I'll stick to my oriental homies as they know both how to provide a service along with customer service.

Don’t bother, I booked it on treatwell as a surprise for my mum. It was a ten o’clock appointment, so we came at 9:45 presuming that the people would open up a few minutes early since they opened at ten and our appointment was at ten. We sat in the car until 10:15 and no one arrived. Half an hour of our time wasted when we had a busy schedule!

Well,firstly i ll start with my booking which was rescheduled 2 times,with a poor excuse.Second is the way my hair was done.... I asked for full head highlights...it took 2 hours to have the bleach put onto my hair and another 3 hours to be washed.The owner has time issues when it comes to clients,u ll either have delays or leave the salon with the hair medium wet and with 100 less when at the begging the price was 60...when she was about to put them she asked me if i want the highlights slices or blended...i said blended...after a while she mentioned is was extra on the price for that.Really dissapponting.She didnt even paid attention to what i said that on the specific night i had an event and i was expecting to leave the salon all dolled up but guess what...not even the girl that she asked to blow dry my hair with the ends in,was not capable of doin that.So,in my opinion,a frequent user of beauty salons,avoid colouring ur hair in here,especially highlights.Not professionals,but the staff is friendly..

If I could have given this place 0 stars it would have been more fitting. I had full body IPL hair treatment, 6 sessions with Sophia. I regret going with them as this place was truly awful from the start.
1) Treatments were always rushed. I would be out in 20 mins for a full body even though the appointment slot would be for over an hour. The end result after 6 sessions show that it was not an effective treatment.
2) The salon would be closed when I had an appointment. No cancellation message provided. They just wouldn't be there. Lack of professionalism and a total disregard for customer care. I would be having to contact Sophia a day ahead of my appointments to make sure she would be there. Once they have your money they don't care.
3) IPL machine overheated so on one of my sessions I had to come back. I was travelling from over an hour away. They didn't care.
4) I thought I was getting full body but Sophia excluded certain things after she had the money up front. The sign on their window for full body offer is misleading.
5) Sophia tried to tell me that I had my 6th session when it was only my 5th. I kept my own record thankfully .
This was by far the worst beauty salon I have ever been to .

Wonderful owner and staff. I had a lovely experience today. Was talked through all my treatments, apart from being asked if I was allergic to anything before eyelash extensions. Had a bad reaction and ended up with a sore eye I could not open for a few weeks. Under my eye, is now a scar, after a nasty lump developed with a bruised look under my eye. BEWARE if you are sensitive to silicone or anything else.

Only been once out of the way place, services rendered good.

However I understand that management may have changed.
