I just got the 1 hour Face therapy treatment done by Sarah Francis and omg! The staff are so lovely. As soon as you enter the shop you are welcomed with a beautiful scent and the staff are so friendly. They used amazing products on me and made me feel so special. My twin sister and I got the treatment done together. It was an amazing experience and I am definitely coming again. Really really happy!!!

I left this review 2 weeks ago. Although I did leave a harsh review I was telephoned by the owner within 2 days apologising and explained the staff were short etc. She was very sincere and I will give her 4 stars based on her customer service.

I have been to this salon twice now and each time have received a fantastic service. Preety was a wonderful and experienced therapist. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely be making defined beauty my go-to salon.
