Would never go back! We got horrible manicures done by the manicurist. Cuts on cuticles, didn't soak our hands in water when cleaning our cuticles when the other person with us got that done. Nail polish looks aweful had to come home and take mine off. Would never go back. Had to request for a refund from the manager because I don't think I should have to pay based on what I left with, no response from management yet.

They fit me in at the last minute which I really appreciated BUT they gave me the lady who does the threading who unfortunately knows nothing about painting nails! I could have done a better job at home, I just didn't have the time. I took in the colour I wanted, she said they had it at the salon, and yet still used the nail polish I took in. When the lady at reception asked me how everything was I told her it was a shody job and not great and she still took the full amount. I'd rather they didn't give me the appointment if they didn't have anyone qualified.

I went for the first time. My experience was excellent.. Easy appointments, welcoming staff, and talented employees! I was thrilled with my eyebrow, wax,manicure, pedicure, shellac nails. I will be back for more services!

Overall not satisfied with the service at this Salon. I had Cavitation treatment for cellulite and it was 100% unsuccessful. This was confirmed by the therapist who treated me. Following this there was no customer service and I was not offered a full refund for treatment. I am less disappointed that the treatment did not work but more at the fact that they do not treat their clients with the service I would expect considering the large fees they charge. I would not recommend this salon for treatment. Bad experience overall.

I've been going to Charlotte and Chantelle for procedures for years. The customer service is excellent and I found the coolsculpting and cavitation to be quite effective (and not too uncomfortable). The salon is kept in good clean condition and nicely decorated. It's nice that they do so many things, such as nail polish, facials and tanning beds under one roof. Highly recommend.

I love coming here to get all my beauty treatments done. This time my therapist was “Florentina”. She did an amazing design on my nails. They always do a good job and all the staff are very friendly and make you feel very comfortable. Love the cleanliness of salon…Would definitely recommend coming here to anyone❤️

I went for a manicure and spray tan with Charlotte yesterday and I'm so pleased with both services. Charlotte was very meticulous and I've never had shellac nails as good as this. She is such a perfectionist. Highly recommend ☺️
