brilliant service....friendly therapist who did sharing on my bikini line and upper thighs. very professional and clean lovely room. Really lovely friendly young lady would.highly recommend. Never had sugaring before not that painful at all....

I had a treatment and Silk press and cut done by stylist " Lia" she was amazing , very accomodating to my broken knee also. My hair looks and feels amazing! Will definitely be coming back.

I’m really disappointed! My wax appointment was canceled twice at the last minute! The first time I was really fine with it when the woman said she’s not feeling well although it was a cancellation before couple of hours. The second cancellation was for the same reason and I really didn’t understand why the appointment wasn’t given to someone else.

Lilia did not soak my feet before the pedicure. I was not offered a drink. The electric sander she used on my feet was kept in the same place for too long and burnt. Her colours are limited. I wouldn’t not book a pedicure with her again.

Birute did a fantastic job at cutting my hair. She gave me advice on what sort of cut would suit my face shape and it resulted in probably my favourite haircut I've ever had. I will definitely return in the future.

Really perfect service ! Had Lilia and she made sure I had the best experience of highest quality: very classy shellac ! Will be back !

Prior to discovering Elle, I had not found hairdressers who gave consistently good hair cuts. I have used this salon for three or four years now and am delighted that I found it.

Apart from one occasion when Birute was absent, I have always seen her. She is warm and kind too. Jurgita was just as good and she has excellent command of the English language so we had a very good natter on a range of subjects.

I would recommend this salon to anyone.
