I would not use this nail salon again. The staff seemed very inexperienced from the start and lacked the minimum level of customer service you would expect in a busy london salon. I had a full set of acrylics with gel colour and it has come out wonky on several nails. Also the colour I picked off the wheel looks totally different on and I was not given a chance to check it and object which is standard practice in all of the previous nail stores I have visited. Whilst buffing down my nails, the nail tech was on facetime on his phone so I did not feel he was paying attention and on a few occasions it was very painful due to this. I had to constantly ask him to file the shape different as it was coming out at uneven angles. Considering the time it took (over an hour) and the price (£24) the quality is substandard and I would not recommend. A real shame as I am new in the area and had wanted to find a decent place to become a regular customer.

I got an acrylic full set and 2 of my nails are lifting and one has already done off. The pink polish on my nails have got bubbles!! I WOULD NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO THERE

I’m not sure why it’s saying not open but they are. I went here for a pedicure and it was quick, they were friendly, even though there was a language barrier. The guy that did my feet is good with his hands and also gave a great foot massage. Coming back every two weeks for sure.😊

First I was told I could pay by card then was rood card only. None of them seems to be professional. I asked for coffin shape but the end results was different. Very bad experience and definitely not going back there.

I do not advise anyone get their nails done here. I got shellac on a Thursday and by Tuesday I only had one nail that wasn’t chipped or peeling. And that nail was full of bubbles because she didn’t allow it to cure properly between coats. Complete waste of money.

Nice lady but the the worst shellac I’ve ever had. Filed badly so that there are random points, bubbly and messy. Could have done a better job myself for free.
