The best lash lift I've ever had! I've since been back for threading, manicures and pedicures and have been delighted with the results every time. The ladies who run are it are very friendly and caring - a real treat of a salon ♥️

I had a neck and back massage with Jay. She was friendly and very professional. The massage itself was lovely, she knew what she was doing and found my knots almost instantly! Will recommend her and go back. Thanks Jay!

Recently travelled from Australia so was looking for somewhere local to where I was staying. Amazing service. Sweet lady very accomodating and patient with me as I was very nervous about having my hair cut short. Great value for money! She spent over an hour making sure I was happy! Definately recommended!

So I took my 9 year old in for a wet trim. I saw a price list on the table and saw £25 for ladies cut and blowdry. So stupidly assumed that a wet child's trim would be less.No ,£25 charged.i have to say she had a new electronic payment system, she did ask if I had cash which seemed a bit strange. My daughter has long hair but it's not layered it's just cut straight across the bottom not even thick hair. £25 for a child's wet hair is steep even for London.i privately messaged her but got a rather rude reply.

I would go as far as to say that this was one of the best deep tissue massages I have ever had. Conveniently a short walk from where I work, I was greeted and made to feel comfortable instantly. I went in with tight shoulders and a sore back and came out feeling light, relaxed, and free of tension! I highly recommend Kaana to anyone!

It was my first time in a long time going to get my hair done at a hairdressers. The manager of the shop made me feel comfortable and at ease. She was polite, professional, gentle with my hair and added in some layers and blow dried my hair giving It some waves. Great job & thank you again

I have lived in CW for many years but always just walked past this salon - travelling up into town to get my eyebrows done at great expense!
Today I thought I would take a risk and book an appointment for eyebrow threading at Kaana and Jay the owner did a fantastic job. She took her time and my bushy eyebrows have never looked so good (and I am fussy!).
I highly recommend this lovely lady and her salon.

Had a massage and microdermabrasion. Was exactly what I needed as in the middle of a very stressful flat sale. My body was left supremely relaxed and my skin super smooth. Jay was fantastic! Will definitely return.
