It was such a great experience at this salon. The staff were really friendly and the rooms were really clean and ambient. I was really pleased because I have sensitive skin, however the wax they used didn't irritate my skin at all! I will be a regular customer from here onwards :)

Extremely clean salon, the therapist (owner) is super friendly and lovely and welcomes you with a smile. Unlike all of the others that I have visited in the past where the threading was done sitting on a chair in the main salon and I was offered a normal mirror (with no magnification) to check the results, and you are unable to understand the extent/thoroughness of the threading done, she takes you to a private room which has soothing music playing, asks you to lie down on a massage table and focuses an illuminated magnifying mirror on the entirety of your face and threads each and every inch meticulously and thoroughly! You end up getting a spa-like experience overall!! I can honestly say the lady is extremely skilled at threading and my eyebrows turned out to be one of the best I've ever had them shaped to be!! Unlike other salons, she takes her time and does the job with precision and is happy for you to ask for touchups. She even threw in an extra bit on my forehead free of charge! I've been to the salon twice now and I really cannot recommend this lady highly enough! Her smiling, chatty and friendly demeanour and the fantastic job she has done both times has definitely made me a regular customer!! Honestly the best value for money as well! I really can't recommend this therapist highly enough!! :-)

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Staff was absolutely lovely! So kind and welcoming! Shabana did an amazing job on my eyebrows and Tanisha did a wonderful job on my nails. I’ve been trying to find a good nail salon/eyebrow place in London for a while now and this place is definitely it! Clean, friendly, and reasonably priced!

I’ve been using this beauty salon for a few months now. I started getting my legs waxed and recently went for a tip to toe package (facial, mani, pedi, massage and eyebrow wax) and I’ve been so impressed by all the treatments I’ve received, I’ve had lots people comment on how well I look. I will be getting regular treatments. The owner and staff are all lovely and make you feel really welcome. I highly recommend! Thank you Shabana and Toneshia!

I had a Hydro facial today and what an experience it was!! Shabana treated me like a princess. The client form was easy to fill out and Shabana ensured that this time was not taken from my actual treatment time. Shabana did the initial cleaning/prep and then started with the exfoliation. This was followed by the extraction of black heads which was painless. Then there was the lovely anti-aging stone rub which was amazing and made my skin feel pampered. Next was the fabulous Hyaluronic acid which was put on my face using the machine. Shabana ensured that every bit of my face was cared for including my neck. Shabana also manually removed any blackheads which were stubborn. This was followed by a facial mask which was pressed gently into my skin and then an amazing oxygen spray was sprayed onto my face...wow!. I then experienced the lifting treatment which gave my skin a good tingle. As my skin is not sensitive I managed to go higher up on the intensity range. Shabana started off at a lower range and gradually increased it making sure I was comfortable and happy. To end off I had a wonderful facial massage using quality products and I could feel my skin thriving. I'm not sure if I got the steps in the right order but this facial so worth the money. I can't believe all of this cost £75!! I was so impressed with Shabana's treatment and how bespoke she made the experience, I booked another session for next month...the hour and a half session which also includes the tightening step. Thank you SO much Shabana for an amazing experience. I highly recommend this facial!!
