I had my treading and upper lip waxing done few days ago and it was worse experience. It's done by a new girl whom I never saw before and she was not experienced at all, I only like the owner, who is so experienced and her treading is excellent. But this new girl have no clue of treading and worse customer service. I only request the owner not to hire under experienced staff. Please have qualified staff. Please try to come back to your salon often.

I use this salon every time I need my waxing and threading done. It’s clean, friendly and I never have to wait long for my threading, which doesn’t require an appointment. The service is 100%. In the past I have used other salons, but am a regular here now for about 3 -4 years, and I’ll never go anywhere else again.

I have been coming here since moving to Norbury 10 years ago. Always a good and quick service. Never had any problems. I usually see Irum or Faiza - both of them are always professional and quick. Definitely recommend !

Lovely place I would say. This is the first time going here but I am definitely blown away by the standards. Me and my mum got a layered haircut and we definitely thought it was worth the price and time. We got it done by heena- who was definitely a very proffesional and talented person. I am planning on going here from now on and I would 100 percent recommend. This is definitely a legit review and not written just for the sake of it.

Great service always. Irum and her staff are so friendly and helpful, I have been going here for years. Heena is great at waxing and threading. She makes everything painless.

I recently had shellac done at this business. I was quite disappointed because the shellac was applied very thinly - I could see through the colour and see my nail tip. It looked like a really bad nail job that I did myself rather than a professional shellac. After 1 week the shellac began cracking and chipping off. This cost me nearly £30 and I’m having to go to another a place to get them done again in the space of a week. When I arrived there seemed to be little staff but very busy with people walking in and out. The staff were unorganised and were stopping my treatment in the middle to go answer the phone and do other things. All in all…. I will probably not come back here as my money was wasted and I didn’t feel very pampered.

My family and I have been going to Apsara for the last 8 years. The service is very professional and one of the best. We have tried other salons but always go back to Apsara Norbury as there is no match for the services provided.

I visited for a wax, and was looked after by a lovely lady called Bhumi. I am not usually a fan of hot wax as I've always found it more painful, however, Bhumi had the magic touch and her service was outstanding!
Bhumi was very patient, allowed me time to explore different options before deciding on what wax to use, and was very informative and knowledgeable as she explained the benefits of each.
She made me feel very calm and comfortable during the treatment, regularly checked I was doing okay, and had a good rapport with me throughout. In regards to the treatment, she was very thorough with the waxing, she followed guidelines and wore a mask and gloves throughout and sanitised the area after. Because of Bhumi I am now a fan of hot wax :)
