Went here today with my partner absolutely disgusted was told the price was £30 got to the point of painting the lady was like pay before I paint sorry but I would avoid this shop like the plague. They then charged £40 at the end I was absolutely disgusted I told them how can u ask for payment before you have even finished your job. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID.

Always impressed with the service I receive when coming here. I get cluster lashes which last for a month, Indu is always so patient and lovely with me and I leave the salon feeling satisfied every time. A 10/10 service.

They are amazing. I usually don’t like going to nail salons- but this one is great. So many options to select from, super friendly staff and no problems with communication either. And I have to say - their nails do last really long - I had to do a lot of hard work with my hands and work with bleach etc. but nothing ruined my nails. And their prices are really cheap as well.

I got SNS from here as I didn’t have time to go to my usual shop, which costed me £40 ( more expensive than most shops). The nails were very thin and my index finger nail broke that same night. I should have ran out of the door as soon as I realised the “no insurance for broken nails” signs plastered on the wall. Avoid at all costs if you know what’s good for you.

There are two branches of Muskaan in the shopping centre, one near H&B and the other near Boots. I go to the one near boots monthly-ish and I really like it there. The nail technicians do a really good job (I have just manicure and paint), but more than that, the place has lovely energy. I don't often talk, (sometimes I do, they're a friendly bunch), I usually just sit in peace listening to them chatting away to each other in their native tongue. I love my time there. However...I did once visit the other branch and though my nails were good, the vibe not so much. I recommend the one near Boots. They also do good brows :-)

Me and my daughter went for our natural nails painting. Firstly he tried to buff my nails using the electric file which completely ruins nails, secondly, I had nice long nails and didn't even want them shaping and he cut them really really short. Then the same day the varnish chipped on both mine and my daughters nails. Admittedly normal polish doesn't last as long, a week usually but this was the same day it peeled off! The signs they put up protects them for this. I will never go back. Avoid this place for natural nails.

Worst nails I have ever had done in my entire life. Might as well have got a blind 3 year old to do them. Awful experience and dirty shop. Weird behaviour from staff shouting at each other and absolutely no English whatsoever. Charged £45 when said £25 on sign outside. Disgusted they should be closed down. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME MONEY AND NAILS !!!! Livid and upset
