KINNARI SALON LIMITED

I have been going to Kinnaris for a little while however after going back to the salon due to lots of hair being left over from a body wax, I calmly asked the owner if she could help me after showing her the hair. She then became very defensive and started shouting at me and furthermore, my mum who came with me.

I am extremely appalled by their customer service especially after being a loyal customer myself. All that needed to happen was for them to rewax the areas and all would have been well.

They attempted to humiliate us out of the shop and I hope nobody else has to go through this kind of service. I will never go back to this salon.

I have been going to this salon since it first opened and have never had a bad experience. All the staff are professional and friendly.
I usually have my hair coloured and cut/styled, facials and my eye brows threaded and waxed and have always been extremely happy with the results.
All the team in the salon give great advice too and never rush or hurry the treatment .
It’s outstanding and I fully recommend this salon to all....Keep up the great work Kinnari and Team!

I naturally have sparse and light eyebrows and normally manually structure them daily. Kinnari suggested Microblading and took time to explain what it is, the process and benefits. After a (long) while I decided to have it done. I now have nicely shaped eyebrows that give structure to my face.

I have been coming to Kinnari salon since like forever!! They never disappoint and always provide the best service possible. They have a very welcoming and calming atmosphere and instantly make you feel comfortable. The staff are really friendly and you can easily have a good laugh with them. The salon is always kept clean and so are the equipment. I have no complaints in the many years I've been coming here!

I am pleased to share this improvement concerning my face, I started ache treatment from the first treatment to the seventh one today. Their has been great difference. I do recommend for great work, great discount, great value of money, beautiful improvement on my face. I do recommend her great work it is worth to take a try and you won’t regret to continue.

Came to Kinnari's for a hair cut (my first haircut in years because of the pandemic!) a couple of days ago. They're a hijab-friendly hair salon and I'm really happy with the quick professional service and my hair looks fab!

Nikki has done my eyebrows for over 10 years and i would never go to anyone else! I have moved and still travel from north london for her. She always does a great job taking care and paying attention. She did my eyebrows for my wedding also, thank you!
