Moved to Exeter last year and found them reviewed online as the preferred salon. Went in for a hollywood wax and it is the best I’ve ever had done. Meg, Courtney, Cristal are all lovely girls, so very friendly, very polite and they put you at ease at once. The pain is also minimal, because you are so comfortable and because they are quick, deft and competent. Have had waxes and massages, I recommend both. Lefoy’s is the only place I go to.

So lovely and welcoming , not at all standoffish.
Had an Indian head massage which was amazing..I would definitely visit again.
Recommended to my daughter who has visited recently and was very happy, and got a gift voucher for my other daughter for her birthday.
Definitely worth a visit.

So, I'm a middle-aged overweight man. Been in scaffolding all my life and ended up at the glass front doors of a beauty clinic (mild panic setting in). I went inside and was greeted by a young lady, first glance around the place confirmed I was out of my depth.

A well appointed waiting area that was mercifully out of the immediate line of sight to any patrons and I felt slightly more relaxed. A couple of quick forms were filled then I went in for my treatment. The lady who treated my skin tags was very professional, very attentive and did a great job. It was mildly uncomfortable but then again having bits of skin burnt/cut off was never going to be a bundle of laughs.

All in all, I was very impressed with the service and have booked in for further treatments when this is done who knows what's next? Back, sack and crack or a facial and pedicure? 5 out of 5 for what my opinion is worth!

Serene and lovely place. Liked the behavior of the staff and the ambience was amazing.
A bit pricey but definitely recommended.

Not one to share normally but my partner came back from here in tears not once but twice. The owner becky and her staff made her feel uncomfortable and unwelcome not to mention how dirty the place was. She thought it might have been an off day the first time - but said the second visit was even worse. And despite seeing how upset she was no one cared, it was as if they laughing at her. Needless to say she wont be back! Shame on you!

Got my eyebrows done here. Was all fine till the end when the lady told me I had a bald patch on my one of my eyebrows so they were a bit wonky. Why she didn't tell me at the time I don't know. It was annoying because she had cut away at the eyebrow and obviously not really checked before doing so. Appreciate that it wasn't her fault about the patch but still felt like she wasn't taking enough care and she wasn't very appologetic or sympathetic. It was the day before I was goign to uni so it made me feel rubbish and made me cry

I was given a £100 gift voucher at the end of May which I had a year to use. Went to book in for a massage today and was told the place was closing for good this Friday, apparently this was announced at the end of June on social media.. no emails, nothing on the website or on the front door of the salon (which is still advertising gift vouchers). Apparently they haven’t given out gift vouchers to people in the last 6 weeks which I find hard to believe as mine was only given to me 8 weeks ago.. when questioned why this was allowed if they knew the business was going under the lady just said she had to do everything she could to keep the business going.. which I appreciate, but allowing people to pay £100 for a gift voucher that lasts a year when you know you’re likely to close is effectively a complete scam. I was told I needed to contact my bank to get the money back or I could use the money to buy some products. I did ask if I could transfer it to the new beauty business being advertised on the lefroy website.. I was told this wasn’t anything to do with lefroy.. companies house suggests otherwise as it’s the exact same address as advertised for the new location in newton poppleford and under the same owners name.. all seems a bit dodgy to me, just hoping the bank pay out to my partner.

It was the first time I had ever visited a spa today and as soon as I arrived, everyone was really welcoming and professional. I had a full body massage with hot stones by Courtney and I feel really relaxed and calm after the massage.

I really recommend people come here!
