As a previous reviewer has stated, the owners [DELIBERATELY] have no price list and just make up prices however they feel, so basically that means they can get away with overcharging willy nilly. I was charged £60 for a virgin relaxer job and gel setting a few weeks ago. The woman refused to even look me in the eye when she was telling me how much she was charging. I was just stunned, that kind of thing should normally cost £30 or thereabouts. The problem is that the Lewisham and Ladywell area has few [poorly managed] salons with little competition, but also they get fewer customers than say, Peckham. THE WOMAN SHUT THE SHOP AFTER I LEFT as it was a slow day, so basically, she saw me as a cash cow to use to justify opening up shop that day. So you can expect to pay a premium for basic things. They have no morals or concept of customer service at all. I actually think they should be reported or investigated for having no price list because I'm sure that's not legal for an established business. That was my first time in the salon. And last time.

Cannot thank this salon enough - rang last minute for an emergency braids appointment & got seen straightaway, Rose completed my box braids within a couple of hours as well as finishing another clients hair. Will definitely be back

The lady doing my hair left me on the chair to go shout at her kids at the top of her lungs and hit them very loudly because they spilled something in the kitchen. She was also chewing gum loudly on my ear the whole time she was doing my hair. But when she started screaming at her kids and hitting them loudly, and they started crying loudly I was horrified and shocked. Completely unprofessional. She was nice to me, shame she can't be nice to her kids.

As the other reviewer mentioned, they don't have a price list. from 55 pounds to 72 pounds. No professionalism, customer service and empathy. My wife did hair with them and they constantly pulled her hair even when she complained. The lady continued until the colleagues jumped in.

The location of the salon is great, a lovely lady Jessie done my hair, she started my hair on time, which was a welcome change, of just sitting and waiting for my service to begin in previous salons, she treated my hair with respect and her attention to my hair was good. I gave three stars for my whole experience in the salon.

I went to this place to wash my hair corn row, when she was washing my hair, she told me she is not able to do corn row properly that one of her colleague will do it or next door will do it. I said ok. At the end of the washing and treatment she left me stranded and only discounted £5 for me to use and go do the corn row which she knows its not possible. I have had to pay £60 for a device that she prices me £45. I believe this is extortion not value for money and xtremely unprofessional. Please don't patronize this shop. They are very rude, with poor customer service.
