110% recommend Beauty Aesthetics Romford - Eastern Road 19 - 21. I booked in for a Zoom teeth whitening treatment after wanting to do so for a long, long number of years. The surgery/treatment room I which it took place is absolutely stunning - modern, clean, welcoming, decorated with style and noticeably very well air conditioned. I didn't experience any pain or discomfort during or after the whitening treatment and am absolutely 110% delighted with the result. Now I'm gonna Smile!

It was a great experience, was made very welcome amd informed of the process which gave me confidence, the result was amazing, 6 shades whiter on very stained teeth, would definitely recommend to others

Had a wonderful experience here. I highly recommend the back massage, it was so good that I actually fell asleep. The facial was exactly what I needed especially being a mum of 2 this was the right place and treatments for me to have sum much needed me time. Gulshan was really caring and it reflected really well in her work. I wud definitely return in the future and recommend to others.

Went in for a deep cleansing facial, the lady Gulshan who did my facial was very unprofessional and lacked client care a lot. Firstly, I had no full skin type/allergy consultation. She did not ask if I had sensitive skin or not. Secondly, she didn’t have a sheet or blanket I could put over myself as the room was cold. She just gave me a small towel to put on my chest. Then she was being rude making remarks how congested my skin was AFTER I told her I always suffered from bad acne and an oily t-zone that I still struggle to manage. She put the face steamer right next to my face even though she could see I was struggling to breathe. The spot extraction process was the worst! She digged into my skin with an electric extraction tool so hard without warning or an heads up then used a manual extractor tool.. The facial was very rushed, the massage that she gave me was not relaxing at all, rather it was painful and uncomfortable. She dug her knuckles into my shoulder blades which really hurt. By the end of the facial I just wanted to cry so bad.. my skin was all red and I had marks from her using the extraction tool so hard on my face. I was really looking forward to my facial today thinking it would be relaxing and an enjoyable experience but it wasn’t pleasant at all.. really upset about the very poor client care and unprofessional behaviour from Gulshan.

Fantastic and personable service. Makes you feel totally at ease. Brilliant results from my first two laser sessions and waxing that has lasted longer than expected. Offers a range of other services which I feel confident in trying out.

Amazing service, each and every time. So kind and comforting. I have been going to to her for a number of years and the service has always been phenomenal. I would highly recommend the services she offers!!
