Excellent, fast service. Very friendly, understanding staff.

The first hairdressers that I've been to that didn't chop all of my hair off when I asked to keep the length!! Hair feels healthy, fresh and very light, so my curls have bounced right up (exactly what I was after!)

Would definately go again and recommend to friends and family.

I was a client for a long time and I really like Rita's haircut services, however she and other staff refused to highlight my hair several times using unfunded excuses and making me feel like I had to beg for a service that I'm paying a very high price for. In many occasions I wanted to do my roots and I was told that my hair would completely fall down if they did so. In all the occasions I had my hair done somewhere else and I never had any problems with my hair breaking or falling down. In my view if they are so concerned about damaging client's hair, they should review the products they are using and the services they doing as it seems that they are always expecting something to go wrong.
Rita is a lovely person and very friendly, however in two occasions I was mistreated by her employees with the latest ending up in an argument where her receptionist was really rude and impolite.
I do not recommend this hair salon because despite of Rita's experience with haircut, the other services are just average and overpriced and the way the clients are treated is unacceptable.

10/10 Excellent service! I had a wash and blow dry by Rita, My hair looked and felt amazing afterwards! Would highly recommend this salon!

I had a Brazilian keratin( best known as progressiva in Brazil)treatment yesterday.
Rita and her staff are professional , friendly and helpful from beginning to end. Rita did my hair and I feel extremely happy with the result, my hair looks amaaaazinggggg! Thank you so much Da Silva team and especially Rita 💐

Apologies as this review is so late. I went to see Rita and the team January 2022 with my two sisters as one was getting married. Amazing experience all round, service, styling, friendly atmosphere and they even catered to me and one of my sisters who wear hijab. Even after we left we were able to call and ask for tips and was always greeted with a friendly voice on the other end. Really such an amazing team and would go back in a heartbeat. In fact I am due to go bla me my sisters want to go too.
Thank you so much for making such a stressful time easy and pleasant. You have gained three loyal customers! X

I did Brazilian keratin for my hair with Rita and I loved it
Rita and the receptionist lady are very welcoming and nice
I was late for my appointment for 30 mins and they were so fine with it and she didn't rush me or anything.
I have a very curly hair and Rita was very gentle when she did my hair
She was making sure I'm comfortable with every step she was doing
I am definitely coming back for Rita ❤

The best hairdressers in West London ! I wish I knew about it sooner as soon I’ve been going here for a year now for my blow dry and wow what a difference it has made to my hair .. it feels healthy, shiny and long!! I love all the staff they are always friendly & welcoming! Rita the owner runs a great business here , Fabio the stylist has magic hands ! And Thai the nail lady is also wonderful and highly recommended! Thank you and look forward to returning again soon x
