I have been going to My Spa for 2 years now. Since It changed management a few months ago I have seen 4 different therapists because they keep leaving and going elsewhere. The latest I had a treatment with was a very nice girl but did a terrible job on my waxing. In fact most of the area was not even done. At over £55 including tip this is not acceptable. Now I have to wait a month to have the treatment done properly. I will not be returning to My Spa.

I had a facial and I was very disappointed. My therapist was lovely but didn't seem versed in what she was doing, the massage part of the treatment was so bad. The salon is a messy and noisy place, miles away from a serene and relaxing spa. The prices are ridiculously high for a poor quality salon in this location. I have declined their offer to get a loyalty card and will not return.

I had an amazing massage done by Louisa.She was very experienced and applied the right pressure to ensure that all "muscle knots" got untangled. She also did my nails and facial and again I'm really happy with result. She was very knowledgable and recommended to me some home treatments for relaxation as well.
This girl was just brilliant at what she did!

Its not a fancy Spa it's true. And yes it is located in Streatham Hill. Nonetheless I have received one of the best massages I've ever received. Has definitely made it in my top 3. I have studied massage techniques and have had the habit of regularly receiving a massage ever since I can remember. The staff is friendly and down to earth. I felt super comfortable and and was treated with attention. This proves that semplicity and just a bit of passion for what you do is all that's ever really needed.

Horrendous customer service - manager is very rude and as mentioned previously is incredibly inept at customer relations. After an issue with my booking on arrival, I spoke to the manager to see why I would not be receiving my massage today. Instead of him trying to fix the situation and apologise for the complete lack of communication on booking, he just shrugged off the situation and showed no signs of rapport. He came across as nothing but cold and unprofessional. I would not recommend coming here if you want to relax - it will only stress you out to deal with this man. FYI my massage was prepaid and I was not offered another booking.

THE manager has really 0 customer service. Could not even look at me in the eye when I complained about the noise and he just walked off.
Paid for 1 hour massage and only had 47 min. The noise outside the room was terrible staff arguing. Believe me I am a beauty therapist my self and this was extremely terrible very very poor. I am so Disappointed. Please try and book somewhere else.

The worst experiance ever. I went there to do my gel nails, clearly show the lady what I need and explained that I need gel nails, two broken nails shorter then the rest, so need to do it from scratch and new colour. She starts removing my gel with nail file and hurting my skin (when i went home I Have realised she left me with open wound on one finger) I have asked after 15 minutes if she doesn’t have electrical file or other way of doing it- she said she just realised they don’t do gel nails only gel colour. Excuse me? So why are you continuing to taking off my gel if you know you made mistake and you cannot provide me with the service I have asked you for? Would it not be easier to listen to my needs and be able to be honest with yourself and be professional to tell me what service you can provide me with rather then trying something you can’t do.
Leaving me for 20 minutes to find solution and coming back with no solution.
I have spoken with manager on the phone- she was rising her voice and explaining me the difference between gel nails and gel polish. I guess you have to explain this to your employees not me!! She told me it happened a lot of times already in there. It means it happens all the time that you start the service to your customer and then in the middle you tell customer you can’t finish because you don’t provide that service? What an excellent way of dealing with your clients. She’s trying to make me feel guilty that the poor girl didn’t know what she’s doing. Unacceptable will never ever come back to this place. Avoid it!

Best massage ever - I would highly recommend this is the service I use. I also booked the sauna prior to my massage for 30 mins prior for £15, so if your body is in pain or muscle pain the sauna followed by a message by the salon manager is like heaven!
