I did a keratin treatment on the top of my head and an Olaplex conditioning on the bottom.
I am super happy with the result. Everyone was super nice at the Clinic, I had so much fun, they offered me a few times something to drink and Raquel is a legend. She took care of my hair very well :)

Awful customer service and questionable facility. Should have more thoroughly read the reviews before booking an appointment here. The staff was friendly but the manager Wahida could certainly use some pointers on how to manage a business. Most definitely won’t be back.

And to clarify, I booked an APPOINTMENT but did not receive the treatment because the salon is very poorly managed and they didn’t honor my appointment time.

I booked a last minute wax and it was probably one of the best spots I have been to in London. It was super fast, painless, and the beautician was lovely! I will definitely come back again, highly recommended.

I started with Wahida a few years ago electrolysis. She is very precise with her work as I don’t have many visible hairs! She is an expert a pro, very professional and always greets you with a big smile! I would highly recommend her to anybody coming into the salon! She also does other treatments ! Highly recommended 10/10!!!!

So satisfied with my laser treatment for PCOS here. The laser is highly effective and fast. The hair on my side burns and chin had decreased by 80% in only 3 sessions. Wahida is an absolute sweetheart and gives me so much confidence in my treatment procedure and 5 star before and after care. I am highly content with my treatment and service here.
