Such an enjoyable experience, great massage, responded well to my needs and made me feel very comfortable, conversation was very super friendly too, Emma lives up to her senior role and experience! Was disappointed only not to be offered a glass of champers afterwards, as my wife was for our anniversary! ;)

This was my first time at Utopia. All of the staff were lovely and friendly.
Prior to my treatment starting everything was explained so I knew what to expect. I was really happy with the result and will return in the future.

I had a trial Hydrafacial session - Alex was very knowledgeable about the process. Facial was fabulous I will definitely be booking the full one now - my husband said my face looked ‘fresh’ when I got home. Waking up this morning my face is still glowing- thanks Alex

Felt apprehensive about getting my back and shoulders waxed but was made to feel at ease by Alex. After the initial shock of the first wax strip, the discomfort wasn’t that bad and the results are great. It was completed quickly and efficiently and I was made to feel welcome the entire time. I defo recommend this place

Wonderful facial given by Lottie; great neck massage too. Just the right amount of friendly talk or info given. 10/10
(My only question mark would be the background music - not so relaxing when it had lyrics , much prefer relaxing spa music or waves that you don’t notice so much!)

I had a neck shoulder and back massage and must say it was fantastic. I felt very pampered and am going to book again . They even fitted me in for a eyebrow wax last minute aswell
