I had mini spa, which included facial, which was amazing, my beautician (Manju) was highly skilled and really took care of me. The place was clean and very relaxing. I booked online and then received a
Call to confirm my appointment followed by an email confirmation. Thank you, worth every penny.

We come all the way from Corsham, 95 miles just for my treatments as Manju provides an amazing service. She is so polite, welcoming and makes you feel so comfortable. I loved my facial and can’t wait to come for many more. Lenny is also really good with Hair and styling. Makes my trip worthwhile every time. I’ll highly recommend it to everyone.

My experience at El Beauty Lounge was absolutely AMAZING!!!! The salon is beautiful, everyone who works there are so friendly and professional specially the owner/Hairstylist Lenny. His work indeed is incredible. I can say my hair were in good hands and that this is the only salon that I trust to properly to deal with my hair. The service is just AMAZING. Totally worth it. Highly recommend this place and definitely coming back to this place.

Manju is amazing at what she does, i only get my treatments done by her, she is so professional and very polite. She is one of the best therapists there. :)

I am always so happy with the service at El Beauty Lounge. I come here regularly to get my eyebrows threaded and waxing and they do a very good job. Manju is excellent and really takes care in providing treatments. Also I’d recommend the the facial treatments which I had done when they had an offer on and it was great and very relaxing!

The male who cut my hair was very rude, abrupt and very unprofessional with no customer service skills at all, he cut my hair wrong which took him over 2 hours for a simple wash and cut. I left the salon extremely upset because of the extremely poor level of service and treatment. He did not know how to cut a side fringe properly and a colleague had to fix it for him as he had cut it unevenly. A very disrespectful man and I can’t believe I had to pay for the haircut as my hair still remains uneven and not what I asked for.

Received most recommendations on my post to get my haircut from this salon.
And I was pleased with their services. Ambience makes you comfortable. Loved my haircut with no doubt. And got my eyebrows done too. They were super quick without a slight hitch from me. Very impressive.
