Im amazed with this place. Very good beauticians, had my face and body treatments done there many times and i love it. Girls at the recepcion are very kind and helpful. I also had my hair done at the salon and it came out beautiful. Sunbeds are the best I have been at so far. I really recommend this place.

The best beauty shop I have been in, the staff is really friendly and are happy to help at all times, the newly open hair station is wonderfull and the hair stylist are very experienced! Overall I am very happy with the place and would recommend it to everyone! The Best!

Klaudia is seriously such an amazing hair dresser! She just understood exactly what I wanted. For someone who has only been doing hair for a few years, she’s got the skills of someone who has been doing it for 10 or so years. She is so honest , sweet and down to earth. The lady at reception (didn’t catch her name) was also super lovely. Even though I waited for a while to get seen (fault of treatwell scheduling) , it did not ruin my relaxing experience and excellent service. The whole salon and exterior could use a refresh but don’t let the appearance of the place turn you away. You will honestly get the best service from the staff at Sensual. I’m one happy customer !!!

A very nice place, warm atmosphere and friendly ladies working there. I had my hair cut, the hairdresser was great and gentle. I also used their tanning bed and loved it. I'll be going back there for sure.

I had the pleasure of meeting both hairdressers working in the salon. Both, Klaudia and Ela are very professional. First class service. Great suggestions for a new style and after care. Can't recommend enough!

Its taken me a while to get around to writing this but 4 weeks on and im still so impressed with the haircut!!! My hair was a state and after two hours in the chair i was amazed, brand new pixie cut and brand new confidence. MIRACLE WORKERS.

It took me a while to write my review as I highly appreciated this salon and I have been a regular client. Unfortunately my last two visits did not come up to my expectations. I dyed my hair twice and each time and ended up having two different colours, mainly because the hairdresser doesn't know how to dye roots. I'm not having two colours on my head and I was even offered a discounted treatment in one of my local salons when they saw me. It's a shame, but I will not be coming back. I prefer to spend more money somewhere else and have proper service. Oh.....I was told last time that the difference in colour will wash out ! Seriously? Nope.....it did't. It's a perfect place for simple cuts, blow dries etc but it seems that the staff is not experienced enough to perform more than that.

My wife booked an appointment with their hairdresser for 11/07/20. Great hair artist Magda :)- highly recommended! Even though this booking took place on 02/06/2020 nobody called to confirm anything. As on fb there was information they were recruiting for hairdresser,my wife got a bit worried. Since Monday the 6th of July she has been calling to get confirmation that everything will be as planned but nobody was picking up the phone. On google the place was labelled as temporally closed. On the day, when the booking time has past already, someone from private Facebook account sent message to express her disappointment that she did not come for her booking. My wife did not even see the message until early evening and got really upset. The person, who is apparently one of the beautician Kinga was extremely rude. They exchanged few messages and at the end she even called my wife a liar. Unbelievable! Also if they announced that the beauty salon is closed why the beautician is calling/messaging hairdresser customer from her private account and not Sensual Perfect Body and Skin account? What kind of mess is this?
