Helena (Boots, St Pancras) is the queen of brows and I wish I could rebook with her, alas I'm returning home to Australia. She was absolutely fabulous. She mapped my brows and they look amazing. I'm a dedicated threader and she has returned me to waxing. She deserves a raise and she very politely upsold me. I ended up buying like 6 different minis after she used the new light primer and we discussed all the fab new blushes. Thanks Helena!!!

Helena did my eyebrows yesterday, they haven’t been shaped for a long time, she was beautifully professional and I was over the moon with my results. I used to travel a long way for my brow treatments and I won’t need to do that now. Thank you Helena, you are brilliant.

I had my brow waxed for the first time at boots in St-Pancras station🚉. Helena was the one who did the great job. I am just happy that my eyebrows were cleaned up for the holidays. She was very kind and listened well about my skin sensibility. The product she used before and after waxing were really soothing and soft on my skin. With my job it is not easy to book an appointment. She made time for me and I am thankful for it merci encore Helena❤.
