I been going to this nail shop every month to have my nails done with Summer she is really professional and knowing what the costumer what’s or likes. Everytime I go I am really happy the quality of work is amazing thank you Summer xx

Same day appointment. Mani & Pedi. 2 hours total but botched results as they rushed the mani drying phase... pushing clients out of the door before nails fully dried.
Nice young girls but a bit inexperienced which shows in the final results and doesn't justify the high prices. £55 mani/pedi
Not sure I'll go back again

I went to the salon and was told I would have to wait an hour as I did not have a booking. I ended up leaving as it was too crowded. I have now tried to book online and it says there are no appointments available for 5 months. I called them to try and book over the phone but they said they don't take bookings. This is honestly crazy to me. They tell you one thing in store and one thing over the phone. Their customer service isn't exceptional either. If you want to try and get an appointment good luck.

Wax lady double dips which means she uses the same stick to dip in the wax and apply onto intimate areas which is absolutely disgusting 🤢 imagine the amount of germs in the wax from previous customers. I asked her why and she said it’s one stick per customer, I immediately changed my mind on continuing my waxing experience. I was perplexed, especially because of the type of environment we’re in right now I would’ve expected her to use a new wax stick every time it is dipped in the wax. They provide lovely services but lack prevention from making sure everything is hygienic for customers especially when working on intimate areas. Quality control checks need to be implemented asap.

Wow these nails are so beautiful. I have had compliments every where I go. Jimmy is one of the best nail tech I’ve been to! Very good prices and so friendly and polite. I have been going regularly and these nails were all done by him!

Not professional, was very impatient whilst doing my nails and defensive when asked a simple question. Will not come back
