Absolutely terrible. Would never come here again, and I strongly advise others not to either. I came in and asked for a trim and to bleach my hair blonde, what I was left with was a terrible hair cut which they did in under a minute (literally just chopped it off) and hair that was a combination of GREEN, RED and YELLOW. I was mortified. To make matters worse, my "hairdresser" didn't speak a word of English so I couldn't communicate with her, when I was worried my hair was going to fall out after her applying bleach to my hair, and didn't keep checking as you're meant to, it was causing me extreme discomfort and pain. She also kept coughing on me throughout, absolutely disgusting. After leaving my hair in an atrocious condition (very badly damaged and yellow,red and green) she then suggested I payed extra to dye my hair again back to brown, the same as it was as I came in, before bleaching it. Because I was too embarrassed to walk home with my hair looking the way it was, I was forced to dye it there. They didn't have the hair colour i wanted so I had to call my sister to buy and it and bring it to me, which they then used and charged me full price for, despite the fact that it was a box dye that I BROUGHT. I ended up paying just under £200 for the worst experience of my life. No one was apologetic and the hair dresser was being very rude and rolling her eyes. And I know it is not just me who has had issues with this place, as I remember as I came in a customer was very disgruntled after the same woman plucked her eyebrows way too much leaving her with half an eyebrow, and again she responded to the woman's complaints by walking away and rolling her eyes. I am shocked by how terrible this place is.

Absolutely horrible. Do not go to this place. They will not listen to what you want and give you the worst haircut of your life. You will leave with a choppy blunt mess and leave half your hair behind. From the wash which smelled like washing up liquid to the brushing of the hair, yanking chunks off, to the cut which couldn’t be further from what you ask for. Overall hideous experience. And they have the nerve to charge extra for a blow dry. Don’t go. When they realise their mistake they go on a convincing mission trying to tell you this is how it’s supposed to be. Nightmare

Mehmet is very good at this job. I’ve been going to his salon for years and to be honest I can not find anyone else who could cut a better bob then Mehmet.
I no longer live in area but still once in a while go there for haircut.

Mehmet usually gives me a good very low hair cut . Have been using him exclusively for two years . Clean , professional and swift service . Will continue to give him my patronage .

Great service, I always get my nails done by Lisa, who is amazing. Mehmet and the rest of the team are also really lovely, and I’m always greeted by Mehmet with a smile.

Was in town from Chicago and got a cut and blow dry. The gentleman did a phenomenal job at nearly a third of the price I’d pay at home. I was in and out in no time.

Hair cut and blow dry! Mehmet is great at what he does! Have been coming here as a family for the past 10-15 years.
