I went 2 weeks ago for a manicure and pedicure. I went for a gel polish as I was told it will stay for 3 weeks. In less than weeks time, the gel from one nail cracked and now It's come off from one nail, which makes it look terrible. I went today to complain about it and the manager gave me nonsense about how it depends on how well you take care of it.
Are you trying to tell me, that I would leave all the other nails as is and just cracke ne of them??!!! I reached at 6.30, they still had staff sitting around. If he wanted, he could have corrected it, but instead bluntly said - come back tomorrow. If you're looking for nail services... please do not go here!!

I paid £30 for a hollywood wax only to get home and find that there’s still hair there. Hair that has grown out and should have been waxed off. The next day it felt as though I had just shaved! and the day after was even worse!!! The woman didn’t know what she was doing. I also ended up getting an ingrown and have booked an appointment at the GP for it. Not the best. She kept applying wax on the same spots more than a few times which was painful and not good for the skin. I am experienced in wax but decided to try this place and I was horrified. She wasn’t able to pull properly she kept tugging at it weakly and it was just causing unnecessary pain, in the end she pulled it wrong and broke the hair from the surface instead of pulling it from the roots. She then even used regular strip wax which was annoying because I paid for hot wax. The hot wax also did look like a very bad cheap quality wax so maybe the product itself was also poorly. But the worst part was just getting home and finding lots and lots of hairs still there which should have been removed. I also found wax residue and not just small bits but I found a relatively decent sized piece of wax just stuck to me which she should have cleaned up! If you can’t wax properly and leave your clients with skin as smooth as a babies bottom then don’t provide the service!

I am really disappointed and annoyed at this it was my first time going to these people as I was going into harrow for something was the biggest mistake I made.

There wax was either poor quality or they applied it too hot. It's been a few weeks, and I even gave them a £10 tip because they were so quick at it not realising what it’s left me with.

It turns out that when I look at my hands, there are wax burns/scars which still haven't gone away. Please do not wax there because your skin may end up looking like mine which is really annoying after taking so much care of it and after there waxing for the first time experiencing such burns on both my arms. I thought it would be gone in 4-5 days, but it didn't.

They’ve messed up my eyebrows on multiple occasions now. I specifically told them how I wanted my eyebrows shaped, thick, not arched and equal yet I have left with thin arched different looking eyebrows. She kept saying she would balance them but she just made them thinner and thinner and they still don’t look even remotely the same. AVOID THIS PLACE for eyebrows!!

I booked this massage last minute and at the end of the day.
I booked 30 minutes from 6/6.30pm.
I arrived at 5.55pm because I hate being late and the girls were all smiling to me.
First impression was good. I leave local so I wanted to try this place.
They told me to go in a room and getting changed waiting for my therapist to arrive.
No towel to cover my back, no consultation, no questions.
The therapist entered and without washing her hands or asking me anything applied oil on my back saying “I have cold hands”.
Bless her, she was sick, and she kept sneezing, I even said to her, don’t you worry stop and use a tissue.
The top of the top was when she coughed on my back! Disgusting!
I do understand you are sick, I am a therapist myself, but I would never do this to a client.
I was ready to leave and at the reception at 6.23. The massage was not even 30 minutes.
Will I recommend this place? No
Will I return? Absolutely not

I normally do pop in from time to time and get a wax or brows done, but I was a bit late on Christmas Eve and the ladies fit me in and I had the great pleasure of having my wax done by one of the ladies Mamta.

Mamta was very knowledgeable and because of this I had the best wax, her technique kept pain to a limit and I would recommend this place, customer service is good.

Jaz also did my eyebrows and she was quick and shaped was perfect.

My sisters and I did henna here and spent altogether £40 on 3 hands. The customer service, cleanliness and ambience was great, however the service not so much. the ladies doing henna dont seem to be professionals, and when they dont know how to do parts of the design they do what they want. Overall not so good at all as my henna was not good at all. below is what I asked for vs what I got so you can judge for yourselves.

I usually go here to get my eyebrows done and I was very unhappy with a new lady who done my eyebrow shape and tint. She was very slow at the threading and also messed up the tint on one of my eyebrows. I mentioned this to her after looking in the mirror and she said they looked ok, when they obviously didn't or I wouldn't of mentioned it. I know I will definitely not go back there agai. This lady seemed inexperienced and was if she was a trainee to me. Also after I payed I could see her 3 work colleagues looking and laughing quietly to themselves which is absolutely disgusting. They are meant to be professional but didn't act in that way. I was really embarrassed as I had to leave the shop with the state of my eyebrows and I wished I had not payed a penny to them. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. So annoyed and disappointed especially with the other ladies who seemed to have a good laugh. 😡😡
