Would give 0 stars if I could. Just received a really rude and unprofessional phone call from them after being unable to get through on the phone for the last month to book an appointment. I was left no alternative other than to ask Groupon for a refund on my voucher and I was berated by avatar for that and no apology was given, I had the phone put down on me in fact. I had even gone there in person to try and book and found it closed, after having climbed three flights of stairs above a tattoo shop and empty office spaces (I'm disabled and there is no accessible route). Definitely would not recommend

Leigh Anne really knows her stuff and gets results. She is very kind and professional
I have acchived results from her even I had treatments before from Exeter medical and biothecare for 4 years for nothing
But Leigh done it for me and will do it for anyone who is suffering with unwanted facial hair...

I’m currently part way through my treatment but I’ve been so impressed with the results I’m writing a review already. It’s a small business run by mother and daughter and they are very friendly and knowledgeable, when you walk in you feel very relaxed and at ease. they have a real passion for what they do and I couldn’t recommend enough. Full review to come when I’ve finished but if you are considering going here I’d highly suggest you do.

Do not use, avatar aethetics are unprofessional and unreliable. Promised me a refund however, after contacting them four time, they still have not issued me a refund of £50!!!!

I have been using this salon for the last 3 years, my first treatment was laser tattoo removal, it took 5 sessions and I’m so happy with it, I’ve recently been back for hair removal, I bought this treatment through Groupon and I’ve now had 3 sessions and already my hair is very slow at growing back and nearly gone under my arms and on my knees, the lady Linda and her daughter leighanne are great at everything, they have such a great way of making you feel calm and are very professional, the salon is very comfortable too. I am going to purchase directly now from leighanne as when you get vouchers from Groupon they have expiry dates and leighanne is so busy at the last 4 weeks as everyone waits till the last Minuite to try and get in. I can’t wait to try the hi fu facial next week after seeing a lady having it done last week as well, keep up the good work ladies

Don't go there! Unreliable.!!! Unprofesional. !!!Unable to make an appointment! Went there twice and was no one! They made and appointment with me and when I came noo was there! They are scammers! I bought a coupon from Groupon ! Please don't buy from them ! They are joke!!!
