Ellie's Studio

Took myself and my two young boys in today for trims and tidy-ups. Ellie is just amazing with children and is always a genuine joy to speak to. And unlike some other hairdressers and barbers, she doesn't ask you the usual boring inane questions ("any plans to go on holiday this year?). I cannot rate her high enough. (And I'm a typical bloke, who usually HATES going for haircuts!). Adam

Went to Ellie's studio for the first time this afternoon, new to the area. Wonderful women, took so much time with my hair which was a mess from being away and a bad colour job. I needed a TLC day and they delivered big time. Going back soon and will probably get all my cuts and colour done there in the future. Friendly, great value, and close to home. Thanks girls xxx

Highly recommend Elena at Ellie’s studios, especially for anyone else who also has thick or curly hair. As a first time customer she really took the time to property understand what I wanted and give advice and I’ve now got a haircut that looked great leaving the salon but is also exactly what I want when washing it myself too. Will definitely be back!

I have been to many hairdressers in the local area (Hornsey, Crouch End and Muswell Hill) and this is the best one for quality, value, professionalism and honesty. They really take the time to explain things specifically related to your hair (everyone's is different) and what is best for you. I have never felt rushed or that I couldn't ask something. I made an appointment for a colour and they did a strand test to make sure my hair would actually hold the colour - it didn't and they were honest (my hair is too dry at the moment) so they didn't want me to feel like I wasted money once the colour faded. So thankful for that. They also will do a cut (no blowdry) for a cheaper price without questions in case you are on a budget or live close - that helps me so much. I cannot recommend them enough - so glad they are local!

I would highly recommend. I have always enjoyed getting my hair done here, and the quality of the cut has always been to my liking
