Staff are really friendly and the spa has a great atmosphere to it, however I was really quite disappointed by the actual treatment. Me and my cousin were excited to book Foot Therapy for an hour and at £45, which is quite a lot to spend on a treatment and get something that was below average. I can see there are a lot of raving reviews about this place but maybe that's for other treatments - not sure. Anyway I'll be sticking to Ki Spa for all my treatments, who I know, from experience are brilliant every time!

I have been to Cove Spa a few times over the past few years and staff are always friendly and helpful. My most recent massage was expertly executed, leaving me feeling so much more relaxed and unknotted than I had expected. I’m already looking forward to my next session!

Not even worth a star. I've been going to this spa for years for facials and massages but was treated appallingly today and will never be returning. The therapist was far too rough with everything she did and reluctantly removed a mask after I said that it was burning and stinging my face. She then hurt my arms with a rough massage. After the horrible experience, I was in tears so was shoved in a room where no other customers could see me so obviously upset. I was then told that it was my fault for not saying anything to the therapist. I had already asked her to remove the mask so felt very uncomfortable asking her to go easier with her face and arm massage. I was also informed that the reason the mask must have hurt was my hormones. All I wanted was a relaxing facial and I left feeling so very upset and stressed. This is how they treat a loyal customer! I would not recommend this spa to anyone! Dreadful treatment and experience!

I had a deep tissue massage on Tuesday and absolutely loved it! The whole experience was over and above what I expected. The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable and the music was just right. I was asked about what areas to focus on and felt relaxed the whole time- the pressure was firm and it really left me feeling totally revived after!
She really went into detail massaging my back and shoulders as I hold a lot of tension there. It was fantastic- I can’t fault it and will 100% return!

I had a deep tissue massage after doing a half marathon and it was the best massage I ever had. I did not get the name of my masseuse but I will definitely be returning. Legs feel fine the next day! Thank you!

Highly recommend Chiswick cove spa for massage and facials.
I recently visited for a birthday treat form myself and two friends. The service was exceptional with a professional booking process. The manager listened to exactly what we required and booked the right treatments for each individual.
All three therapist gave us all an excellent service and we all left ever so relaxed and literally on cloud nine.
A special thanks therapist Carla. My facial and full body massage was one of the best I have ever had. I will definitely be booking with her in the future. She listened to my needs and understood exactly what my body required. I can’t thank the whole team enough for everything and we all will be back very soon :)

Unfortunately, I have to give one star because they tried to charge me more than stated in their website/confirmation e-mail. They should put more effort in keeping their online information up to date. Also, please be aware that insurers might not cover massage services provided by the Cove, so please check in advance their staff qualifications if you intend to claim the costs of a treatment to your health insurer.

Had a massage and fascial with Rina. Was a fabulous way to start the weekend she was very thorough on the massage and has very good hands to work out the tight muscles. Fascial was icing on top and my skin has been glowing all week.
Staff are a Friendly bunch. Nice environment for treatments although some areas are a little tired.
