I went into the shop for a Shellac and came out with nail fungus ! During the appointment my nail have bleed and I suppose the equipment used was not clean… had to remove the shellac after a week due to feeling horrible discomfort just to find this under it 😡 honestly what a shame!

The picture says it all over priced and rude staff came here for infills and in the light it looked ok I came out the shop looked in the light and they looked thick and messy. I came back in and asked if she could fix them she told me it would cost more money. I just walked off. Do NOT go here. They need reporting, their attitude stinks and they have no customer service

Very disappointed with this beauty salon and really do not recommend it to anyone. This review is based on my latest experience at the Stamford Hill branch, but I have also tried the Wood Green branch which is equally as bad. I went to the Stamford Hill branch to get my eyebrows threaded on a Sunday and I was the first customer to arrive at opening time. The lady who was working there was on the phone talking to someone and looked really annoyed as I walked in and was huffing as she had to get off the phone to serve a customer. She then asked me "what do you want?", didn't bother even saying hello which is not professional in my opinion. I told her I wanted my eyebrows threaded and she told me to sit down huffing. She then started threading my eyebrows and was really hurting me and has left me with some red marks underneath my right eyebrow which is still stinging 24 hours later. I have had my eyebrows threaded for about 10 years now and I can honestly say I have never experienced this type of stinging pain in my life. She didn't even bother trimming the longer hairs which is what I requested. I was so happy when she finished threading my eyebrows as I was in so much pain, but when I looked in the mirror I was really disappointed. I let my eyebrows grow for 8 weeks just so I could achieve a better shape, but she literally took off a chunk where the arch is on the left brow and the right brow has been left in a round shape which looks absolutely ridiculous. Another customer came in the shop whilst my eyebrows were being threaded and she was really kind to the beautician and said "Hi. How are you?" and she just frowned and replied "Fine...".
I will definitely not be going here again and I totally agree with the other reviews here where they said that they are rude.

Nails are good can’t complain but staff are ridiculously rude! No customer service what so ever. Prices are deceiving on shop window, and they ask for the money mid process. Once the nails are done the lady walked off without saying a word or assisting me out. Will not be returning nor will I recommend to anyone.

First experience here.. I always get shellac but noticed cheap materials so decided to only get acrylic, obvs they start discussin in their language! Nails broke 2nd day so point proven.DONT waste ur money. They only let white ppl pay by transfer. Black people have to go get cash! Imagine. Worst nail shop with attitude on top.bankruptcy coming hopefully:)

I have given one star but they don't even deserve it!
I attended the shop in Woodgreen yesterday to have my nails done asking the beautician how much it would cost me for long nails. She said £35 but then before applying the nail varnish on she said the work was a lot so asked for £40 to which I agreed pointing out I wished to receive a perfect service. The beautician at this point asked I pay her the money ahead of applying the nail varnish. I paid but then when she finished my nails where sticky and not dry with the varnish peeling off. I told her I could not leave the shop with my nails in that state and that I wished her to fix them. The beautician refused to give my money back or to fix my nails asking to be paid additional £30 to have a good nail varnish applied to my nails. I have no choice than report the salon to the Trading Standards office as the company has not provided me with the service I paid for.
Please be careful if you use the manicure service at this salon in future.
