The worst service and waxing service.

HOLLYWOOD WAX
1- the lady didn’t know what my treatment it was and how much.
2- she wanted to extra charge me for a “hot waxing” but in the web side you have just one option to book for. She said otherwise will be too painful.
3- I have decided to leave because of the confusion, and lack of communication, understanding etc
But the lady after few calls to some manager let me have the treatment which I’ve booked.
4- wrong decision. As you can see the quality of the wax is awful, like the treatment.
Not good quality wax, then bad service, I’m still full of hair and wax,but obviously after 10 minutes super fast and horrible Hollywood waxing I’m not going to ask for more thanks. As I can see how unprofessional the lady is.

Definitely don’t go there.

Unbelievable

Went in for a cut an balayage it was horrific. The hairdresser did not listen to what I wanted and to be honest I think she was making it up as she was going along. The colour has big patches and stripes. Balayage is supposed to be from the mid lengths down, be blended and look natural, my hair was thick orange blonde stripes. To make things worse, I found small crusts of the bleach dried into my roots. I have complained to management but they claimed I was happy when I left ( I was not) and offered me a re do (no chance) or a free 30 min massage !?! Would not recommend !

Do not go here for hair colour, they are not trained colourists, have no idea what they're doing and it ruined my hair! I came in with old half head highlights that had grown out and wanted the roots redoing. I have brown hair so it needs bleach highlights to lighten. I said I wanted an ash colour not warm yellow colour. So she took an ash colour and mixed it with a warmer colour, without bleach, and then painted it onto all of my roots as a block colour including the underside, when I'd only had half head highlights done before. There was a bit of a language gap and I should've walked out there and then but she reassured me so I assumed she was just lightening it a bit before putting the highlights on. After a while I said I hope this doesn't come out ginger and she said I hope so too and laughed! Well, it did. It looked horrendous having ginger roots all over with the rest of my hair was brown with highlights. They gave me my money back after some convincing (they tried to convince me it looked nice and I had to explain repeatedly why what the lady did doesn't even make logical sense against what I came in with and asked for). I had to get it fixed in a salon up the road who luckily had an appointment the next day. It still looked bad though as was now highlight on top of ginger (although they added toner so it wasn't so bad). Months on, I still have a strange band of block colour that's now growing out. Less visible over time but the process damaged my hair which has broken. I'll be more confident going with my gut next time and just walk out if it doesn't seem right.

I had an appointment for nail shellach but once I arrived they inform me that they have no light colors and they advise me to go leave and they would refund me! It's been over a month and I'm still waiting for the refund! Very disappointed experience!

Had my nails done on Monday night, shellac gel and my nails have already come off. Same happened last time but I thought that was because I was washing my hands alot at work but it wasn't. Really dissatisfied with the results. Gel looks like it's melting and some nails are not even shinny.

Avoid this doggy place. I had my hair colour done by a therapist who wasn't qualified to do treatment which I discovered from her after she applied my colour. Not only she burned my scalp with expired colour but the whole service in the spa is unacceptable. I have taken two videos of the therapist and how they treated me. Also, my friend went there once and they ruined her eyelashes and eyebrows. We have reported the salon to trading standards and the council The therapist are originally from Inida or Pakistan. The way how they treat a client is beyond belief. My therapist was Sana, in the beginning, she was okay with the treatment not being brilliant but okay, for the price they charge.

When I become a regular client she thought I am more like her friend and started to be unprofessional sharing with me unnecessary things like her husband beating her up, showing me pictures etc. She also shared with me that she is not registered and doesn't have a national insurance number and her boss pays all staff in Cash. Mrs OWNER is not legal in this country avoiding taxes and don't provide a contract for employees either. Now I felt uncomfortable listening to all this but I was polite and try to gave her some advice. In the end, it wasn't worth coming into a such place. The last treatment with the salon was hair colour with other therapists who had no idea what she was doing she was on the phone with Sana arguing about £5 extra charge for the wash she did before she started my clour. I did not ask for the wash. She just did it without notifying me about extra charges. I refuse to pay for the principles that I felt I am constantly being taken advantage of and they keep inventing prices at all times.

Therapist Sana was incredibly rude on the phone to me screaming and telling me I should get up and get the hell out of the salon with wet hair and colour. I agreed to pay that extra £5 in the end because I need it here to finish my hair. Which college do they teach you to speak to your clinet this way? I have everything recorded on my phone.

While the colour was developing the therapist was keep saying this is your responsibility how the colour will be turned up. I started to feel burning and asked her if the colour is expired she said no then I checked the box and the colour was expired! when she removed the colour of course it turned ginger instead dark brow. My scalp was on fire.

I asked her if she can call her boss and that I will not pay for this and will complain. The therapist panicked and literally beg me almost on her knees ( how humiliating and uncomfortable she made me feel ) is this is the way how to handle customers?

I am a medical Aesthetician and I would never allow this to happen in my practice. In the end, after this drama, She told me it was my fault that the colour turned red because i agreed to take responsibility and knew she is not qualified. On my way out there was a lady in sitting area waiting for hair treatment. I told her the therapist is not qualified to do it and she should not go for it.

Sunedly therapist came on me and said she is well quilified but only said it because she didn't want to do my hair. How horrible is this?

None of the Therapists has no manners very basic experience or knowledge. Ladies not worth to safe the money please go somewhere else if you can. Plus the hygiene 0 non-one washed their hands before treatment. I had my lashes done with Sana not only she was constantly on the phone but she didn't bother to wash her hands i have to remind her at all times. I ended up at my GP after they burned my scalp and we will take it further.

They didn't do a patch test! they have broken a protocol. I actually asked for a patch test she said no need i am regular.

After this incident i had to go back because i wanted to take pictures of the place for my evidence a full report for my lawyer, Sana saw me through the door. She started to harass me with texted me i had to block her, in the end, it was too much.

PLEASE AVOID

Do not book here!!! When I gave instructions the 'stylist' was confused but then refused to do as I asked. She cut more than I wanted, and doesn't actually know what she's doing, she definitely does not have any hairdressing qualifications. Owner refused to refund me. Scam company, who take your money and provide a terrible service
