We felt rushed and stressed out with a combination of below average massage its a hard miss. We were expecting a relaxing time but was met with a fidgety stressed staff. Poor experience all round. The only saving grace was the sauna.
1. Environment - 2 out of 5
2. Shower - complete nightmare to figure out which led to a massive delay - 0.5 out of 5
3. Sauna - simply amazing! Might be helpful to set timers for customers - 5 out of 5
4. Staff - 2.5 out of 5
5. Stone massage - the lady felt stressed and a tad bit inexperienced and 2 days later my back actually hurts - 1.5 out of 5
6. The form - what a nightmare! With the exception of covid requirements, the forms took at least 15 minutes of my time. The worst bit is that they don't read the requirements you have taken time to include - 0 out of 5.
7. Additional services were given as options on the form, which we requested. Only to be told that its just a form not the actual service - 0 out of 5.

*The owner or manager tried to pacify me by providing eye mask but overall I could have saved myself the poor experience and sat in the sauna all day. Least relaxing spa ever! Will certainly never make such a trip again!

The manicure and pedicure were both OK. Attention to detail and finish could have been better and falls short of other salons. My main issue was that the cuticle removal drew blood on almost every finger and toe. Hours later the base of almost every nail is sore to touch and red. The therapist also disappeared after saying I'd need about fifteen minutes for my nails to dry and then didn't come back. A pretty disappointing experience. Wouldn't go back.

I had a leg and foot massage , the correct pressure was provided as I was asked by the therapist . Very relaxing environment and Thoroughly enjoyed the massage which has helped to reduce the pain in my legs and feet.

I had a lovely post holiday pedicure with Jo who did a fantastic job. Paid so much attention to detail and I left feeling like I had brand new feet! Massage chair was very relaxing and very friendly environment

I recently had a high bikini wax which was an unpleasant experience as the therapist was clearly struggling with the strength of hairs and had to go over and over her work with hot wax causing my skin to pucker and blister. Still feeling uncomfortable down there a week later. I’m be sticking to ‘Skin Touch’ opposite from now on , have never had this problem there, just wish they opened Mondays!

This wasn’t quite the treat experience I was hoping for.
The salon had been over booked so
I was waiting about 25 minutes for my facial. It didn’t include the eye mask/treatment as described on the website & the treatment only ran for just under an hour when I had booked & paid for the 1hr 15minutes facial.
The salon itself was messy/cluttered & in desperate need of TLC. The toilet door handle was being held on with cello tape. I had to clamber over the spray tan tent to get to the dingy treatment room.
The massage table was hard & uncomfortable, & instead of being heated it was lined with a reflective survival blanket…..the type you receive after a marathon. Although the facial itself was nice & included a shoulder massage, I couldn’t relax properly with the massage with the sound of the blanket crinkling/rustling next to my ears.

As always a lovely pedicure by Jasmine. Pedicures with Jasmine are a real pamper experience & her foot & leg massages are amazing which is why I always see her & come here. However today (not Jasmines fault), my treatment stopped 3 times as she had to go and answer the door & once was in the middle of the scrub so she had to de-glove etc & once meant by massage stopped abruptly. This isn’t fair on her or us the client.
Either the establishment needs to have a receptionist or maybe don’t lock the front door so people can at least come in & wait at reception til somebody is free?

Spent four hours in the salon for an eyebrow shape, back massage, manicure and pedicure. It was a birthday treat, and I've left feeling disappointed. I wasn't offered a drink of water/hot drink the entire time. The pedicure hasn't removed much of the hard skin, so I'll have to book an appointment elsewhere to get it done properly. A little more communication from the beautician would have been helpful. Massage and eyebrow shape were both good, and the manicure was good too. First time round the topcoat had air bubbles and it had to be done again. This was rectified accordingly. The owner is lovely and offered support to the beautician who did my manicure.
