Coming here is a joy and a pleasure. I cannot tell you how much I enjoy the Voya massage. I definitely encourage you to book longer sessions. I promise you 30 minutes is nowhere near enough. I get a 90 minute full body massage about once a month and it's great. Do not book your appointment online. Call them or visit in person to avoid the booking fee.

I don’t often write reviews but felt I wanted to after having had a wax treatment with Emma Wilson today and was one of the best treatments I’ve had. Such a tranquil, clean and relaxed atmosphere. Professional beauty salon that feels like a treat. I’ve been here many times and last week had a pedicure and manicure which were both perfect. Then my husband and I both had a classic Swedish massage which was a big treat and very relaxing. It’s nice to have a smart place like this on our doorstep rather than having to trek into central London to find something similar. Recommended.

It was more than a facial: relaxing atmosphere, attention to detail, wonderful products and incredibly relaxing massage during waiting time. My skin was completely renewed and so was my spirit after this facial session. I will definitely go back and recommend it to friends!

I always have such a lovely experience here! During my most recent visit Emma went out of her way to ensure I was comfortable with my eyebrow tinting since I previously had a negative experience at another place. I am so happy with the results! This is by far my favourite place to go to in London for waxing and eyelash/eyebrow tinting. Thank you!

I highly recommend the service at E.W, I went to the Tulse Hill branch which was closest to where I lived. I was in such a rush as I was flying out the following day for my wedding and was doing some last minute self care before getting hitched. I had no prior appointments and decided to try my luck. The ladies were empathetic of my situation and helped me choose the best treatment I could receive for such short notice. Every single one of them were attentive of my needs.

The facilities are modern and they take extra care with hygiene and sanitation, which I think was very commendable. I had the peel facial and a mani!

I will definitely be back for that ENVIRON treatment :)

I popped in for a prenatal massage with Jana tonight and it was just incredible. My lower back had been bothering me and she managed to find two other tight areas then a foot, face and scalp massage to finish that sent me straight into a twilight sleep. Glorious.
