Total rip off and poor service. I paid £50 for a set of acrylic nails that look like shovels with a French tip. Not enough it was so painful and made my skin bleed.

They didn’t have any acrylic nude colours I wanted that are available in all other salons that I have ever been. Poor choice of products and poor service overall. But they pretend like they are the best!

The owner was lying into my face when I told her that I live across the street and had my nails done there for £35 just a few months ago, saying that she never had those prices and the person who did them for me never worked at the salon.

They first told me the nails would be £40 then did my nails and asked for £50. What a mess! Not a nice service to receive. Never going back and wouldn’t recommend..

I paid for a full set with a design and i was extremely disappointed. Although they are very friendly the lady cut my fingers on multiple occasions to the point i was bleeding. The design is okay looking but for the price i would of expected it to be much better. I used to love coming here but it seems they have changed owners and now its not the best. I won’t be returning.

I’m a usual here and can’t recommend this place enough, I get a full set of acrylics and lily usually does them for me.
However, she wasn’t in last time I went and maryam did them instead and I have to say her work is just as amazing.
The girls are also lovely, they make me feel comfortable every time I go in and are always up for a chat.
P.s. they can both do really cute nail art which is hard to find :p

Poor service. The lady that did my mani and pedi was rough and with an attitude. 2 of my nails chipped the next day. Paid £75 and did not even get a small hand or foot massage, like most places do. The 3 ladies spoke their language the whole time, one of them on the phone on loud speaker, Which all felt unprofessional and unwelcoming. Many colours weren’t available. It was my first time and I won’t be coming in again.

It’s a hidden gem with amazing staff, Lily is amazing! every time I go in, she is full of energy & is so sweet. She always does a excellent job on my nails, I highly recommend her.

WARNING___Be aware of this place___
They have literally made me pay for a shellac manicure 10 extra of what they usually charge and of what the price list says. And that it for no reason, just because they want to take more money from you.
Unfortunately I have realised it only when I when I was back home and checked their price list on their website. They had charged me 40£ instead of 30£ for a shellac manicure.
When I called them, they didn’t know what to say, they didn’t apologise at all, they only said to go back and they would give me back the 10£.

Few days later I went back, only the owner was there and therefore I explained her what was the issue. She told me that she didn’t know anything and come back another time (I understand that you can’t know everything that it’s happening in your salon, however as an owner you should find a solution to a complain, at least try to do so). Again in this occasion she (as an owner) didn’t show any interested, she didn’t say anything at all a part of “you have to come back”.

After that I was so shocked that I didn’t want waste my time again to go there, so I left it like that.

After months they still own me 10£.

If you decide to go there please be careful of what they charge you, always double check it.

Kind and honest staff. I came here one month ago as an emergency to remove a bad and painful nail job from another shop, they were caring and could easily have just done my nails while bruised and painful but advised me against it even if it meant losing money.

I appreciated this honesty and waited a month for my nails to heal and the bruises to grow out. Today I came back and got a lovely service, I’m very happy.

Also threaded my eyebrows here and they came out beautiful.

10/10 definitely recommend and will become a regular here.
