I've been here a few times and the staff have been okay, but this time the person doing my brows was so incredibly rude. First, they made me wait half an hour - i asked for my brows to be waxed only, and she was like can I do threading instead - then she treated me with disrespect by giving me a rude look when I said I wanted them waxed, and she did thread them ASWELL when I said no thread! So unprofessional. Then they made up a lie saying I couldn't pay £9 by card, so I had to go and get cash out, even though I've paid way less via card before. Never returning here again, another local customer lost. You guys need to sort out your business. And just to add - the brows were done poorly.

An year ago I went to salon to get my eyebrows done by wax and I specifically told them that “my skin is sensitive so please be careful with it” and the lady said yes I will be. While she was doing my eyebrows, she was very harsh and the wax was a bit too hot for my skin. After a couple of hours, I realised that it removed the first layer of my skin all around my eyebrow and that too on both of them!! I complained to Sheetal about it and she apologised!! After that I avoided going to this salon due to my experience however I was in rush in getting my eyebrows done couple of days ago and the salon that I usually go to was closed so I decided to give this salon another chance and it was the worse mistake of my life as the same exact thing happened with my eyebrows again even after telling the lady to be careful!!!!! I decided to call them and complain to Sheetal and she heard my entire story about how it happened for the second time and just told me to call back since she is busy with a client without even apologising!!!! THE ABSOLUTE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE, DEFINITELY AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!!

Were shall I start I’ve been a regular at this place for the last year and they have always charged me £55 for waxing. I went for an appointment today and after my wax they charged me £72. Being a loyal customer surely you should tell your customer before that the prices have changed. When I tried explaining this to the lady she said to me we can’t do anything. I can defiantly say I won’t be coming back here again I rather pay more money somewhere else then come back to this place. Guys at this salon learn how to respect your customers.

Did today facial from Sheetal’s parlour. It’s my usual Once a month visit for facials, hair service and pedicure, now almost over 5 years at Sheetal’s. The parlour have never disappointed me with their high quality service.
Special mention for today’s facial by lady called Razia’. Absolutely professional and an expert In facial. She had great knowledge of correct pressure points and made me relaxed almost immediately. Sweet by nature, knowledgeable and professional, I am very thankful for her professional service and her professional mannerisms.

I don't recommend to anyone! I went for wax and eyebrows threading and i came home with hair still on me. Rude ladies who spoke in their language and laughed. Very bad service. Don't waste your money here.

I have been coming to Sheetal’s salon in northwood for quite sometimes. Mostly for my hair. lida is no doubt the best hairdresser to have ever touched my hair. She takes the time to ensure that I am well taken in the salon.

I just moved in harrow and was eager to find a good hairdresser,i have very dry and fragile hair after years of highlights and blow dry
Thankfully i came across Sheetal's hair and beauty, this was my first time coming to her and my experience was nothing shy of amazing. great attention to detail and a superb cut. would highly recommend

Went here for facial threading, and the experience was absolutely terrible. While the face looks okay (for now), the customer service skills of the lady who did the job are more than poor. Didn’t say hello properly, acted irritated when I scratched my nose, no “thank you”, no “please”. I’m not being unreasonable, but I excpect the minimim level of comfort to be provided. Thanks God I’m not a stressed mom with a kid at home, I would’ve probably been way more frustrated. 100% never going back for this service.
