Gisoo Hair & Beauty Salon

Really welcoming salon, friendly staff and exceptionally clean. I treated myself to a Turkish/Moroccan hammam which was amazing.
I got a really good body scrub and the therapist was so attentive and engaged with me really nice.
My hair was washed and conditioned really well also. The foam massage was so relaxing and the steam room. I will deffo be going back.

Such a lovely salon with a great atmosphere. I came here to get my nails done for my birthday and they did not disappoint! Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and got me seated straight away. The nail tech was so sweet, she was very thorough and gentle when doing the manicure and applied the gel perfectly! They lasted for weeks without a single chip. I came back to get my eyebrows threaded for my holiday and I'm so so happy with them. Will be returning for sure, would definitely recommend.

For the past six months, I have visited Gisoo on a regular basis; it is a hidden gem. It offers all the services I required; I had a deep cleansing facial, which made my skin more even, silky, and glowing; the hair cut, which kept my fine hair looking trendy and had multiple layers; and Mona is so so so good. Dani, who happens to be my favourite, I introduced my family, and they are all huge fans of Gisoo. Don't forget that they have a fantastic Turkish spa. I had a wonderful inside-out detox as well as a traditional Turkish massage there. I love Gisoo because everyone there is very welcoming and professional, and I will keep visiting there.

I have done my hair keratin and highlight by Behnaz. The result is fantastic. She is perfect in her job ,very caring and nice. Defiantly will recommend her and Gisoo salon and will continue to use their services.Thanks,

I had a balayage done here a few months ago and they did an absolutely amazing job; however I came back a few weeks ago to refresh it and specifically said I wanted the same thing again, but this time they gave me streaky and super thick highlights and they are not all the same colour!
I contacted the salon after to explain that I wasn’t happy about it and after telling me that it looks fine to them they stopped answering me, without offering to fix it, so not impressed with the customer service either.
I ll have to spend more money to try to fix this disaster, my hair are completely burned and had to dye them dark which is not what I wanted.

I am so happy with my hair after getting a cut and balayage from Behnae. The colour is beautiful and very natural. Also it's a good price for the quality of the balayage! Also my hair feels so healthy and smooth even a week after. Thanks so much!

Went in for the hammam bath and was very nice. Ladies were very friendly and the atmosphere in the basement makes you feel like you're in another world. Steam room and the scrub itself was really enjoyable. Will definitely be returning as found the whole thing very relaxing. So relaxing that I fell asleep on the table and needed to be nudged awake

My experience was as authentic as it is in Turkey. This hidden gem attached to their hairdressers upstairs.
As you go down the stairs your met with a beautiful relaxing seating area.
When I saw the beautifully marbled Steam room I was very happy, again authentic that you could never believe your in Chiswick once you enter & close the door.
Its clean throughout and well designed along with the massage room also with Marble surround & massage table.
The Lovely lady who looks after you is very experienced, and did not disappoint especially when I had my soapy massage getting out all by knots in my creaky body.(you can request the pressure of your massage).
I would definitely recommend this place if you want time for yourself, with a partner or friends. The owner also a very lovely lady who took time to have a chat with me downstairs as I was relaxing drinking a free Turkish Tea even sharing dinner as I was the last customer.
