Avoid. Went in here today for eyebrow thread/tint and eyelash tint as my usual place had a massive queue. The lady has quickly painted the brow tint onto my face not taking any care what so ever to apply it carefully as it does stain the skin, this left tint stains on my forehead and face plus uneven brows. The lash tint was the worst, as my eyes were closed and covered in tint she then hands me some cotton wool to remove it myself. Tint has gone into my eyes causing them to burn, surely the beauty therapist should be removing this for me? When I complained that I had eyebrow tint all over my forehead before leaving, they asked me to sit back down in the chair where they waxed the tint off my skin instead of using a liquid remover, they didnt even ask if they could wax it. Is this normal procedure to remove stains? I left there half blind and with very sore skin. I'd rather have untinted bushy brows than go back to the place again.

Im very surprised at the reviews. I’ve been getting my eyebrows done here for a while and they do it best. I’ve been to a couple of places around Ealing and was never happy with my brows. I walked in to Bhavi Beauty randomly and I’ve been going back ever since. Ladies there really can do a nice natural looking tint and shape at a reasonable price.

I’ve had 2 massages here, a deep tissue back massage and an Indian head, neck and shoulders massage. I’ve also had my eyebrows waxed and a pedicure here. Staff are absolutely amazing, the pressure is perfect, they’re knowledgable in massages and honestly I’ve never felt so relaxed except after a Bhavi massage. The pedicure was really good especially as it was my first experience and with my eyebrows- done perfectly without me having to ask for more touch ups! Will deffo be back time and time again

What a horrible experience and what a waste of money! No experience or costumer service experience whatsoever. I saw them washing the material they used for both pedicure and manicure with the usual cleaning products you would use in your house to clean!!! If I could rate 0 starts I would. AVOID BIG TIME

Avoid this salon!! I went in to have my eyebrows waxed. The lady doing my brows clearly had a very bad cold and breathed through her mouth all over me while doing my treatment. She showed me in the mirror once done and they looked little different to when I walked in. I requested she shape them more, she threaded them slightly… but I had to go home and just pluck them myself. Unclean looking salon, unhygienic and unfriendly… I really wish I’d refused to pay!

Amazing facial. Soni analysed my skin and recommended which facial I should go for. She also explained what she was doing, and I loved having a chat with her.

I have been going here for a while now to get my eyebrows and upper lip threaded or waxed, and most recently for some facials. The service is efficient and gentle, and the staff are friendly and considerate. After I had my facial, the feedback I received was that I was ‘glowing’. Sonia also recommended products which I purchased and am very pleased with. This is an accessible and convenient local beauty salon with hardworking staff. Highly recommended.

Very unprofessional and rude. Had me waiting for a long time after I was told 15 mins. Also did not greet with politeness or respect. I walked out. Will not be going back
