Excellent experience!! The beautician was giving lots of attention to the skin care. Her voice was calming and relaxing while having a deep clean facial, and consulted me with other skin problems. Highly recommended

I booked an appointment through Treatwell. Turned up and my hair stylist Marcin was nowhere to be found. After I waited half an hour, the owner turned up and told me that he couldn’t get in touch with Marcin because ‘he was young and perhaps had been out partying’!!! Completely unprofessional and I was left without a cut and highlights for my evening’s dinner. Completely shoddy behaviour and I would absolutely not recommend if you want a reliable service. I was offered a refund and a free beauty treatment for another date, but quite frankly I wouldn’t go back in case the same thing happened, and I left so annoyed that I had no intention of returning. I was also not refunded the full amount I had pre-paid and despite contacting the owner twice have had no communication back. I will not let this go, by the way, so please refund me what you owe me!

My first time at empire and I thought I'd booked in for cut and blow dry. I did it through the treatwell app and well l, me being me, I only booked for a wash and blow dry. Staff were absolutely brilliant and squeezed me in though had hardly any time. He was so quick and still did an absolutely beautiful job on my hair. I had been left with a disaster cut from my last trip the hairdressers so it some help. Will definitely going there again!

The haircut is hidious. Im still after 2 weeks trying to even my hair in the front.
You can clearly tell in not the same team as a while ago.
My hairdresser Kinga- please avoid as for someone who says has over 20years experiance , she just ruined my hair.

I got hair coloring and really liked the color!
While the beautician shampooed me, she gave me fantastic massage!! I’ll back soon for taking the massage:)

Had a dry haircut (edges trimmed 2-3cm), that took roughly 10 minutes and paid £30. The cut is OK but won’t be going back due to pricing. There was an offer of £30 for wash, cut and blow dry, no price adjustment for 1/3 of the service.
