I visited the salon for the first time for eyebrow threading. I was recommended waxing. My right brow was waxed and was fine. When the left brow was waxed. I was told that a mistake was made and much of my brow hair has been pulled out. I have a misshapen brow. I hope it grows back. I won't ever visit again. Not professional.

Really bad experience, my pedicure looks awful. I have polish all aver my cuticles on some of the and the rest it’s not even at all. Never will use them again so disappointed. And at the and I pay £45 for rubbish ! It’s not about the money but for this king of service they should be shame to charge that much !

Today was my first time at Angel Beauty, I wanted to do waxing and eyebrows. I was delighted how Jyoti attended me, super friendly, dear and very attentive. I did not feel any pain and she was very kind. She knows what she is doing and has knowledge of her work. She is an impeccable professional, I am happy to have been assisted by her and now I know I can go to Angel Beauty and I will be in good hands!

I’ve just left the salon located in east Croydon inside shopping centre , I arrive around 11 and I left 15:30 .
4 hours and half Wich half of if was wasted by the girl who done my treatments today . I did ask for spa manicure , spa pedicure and trending .
Well we started with manicure I had 2 nails broken so the girl asked if I wanted acrílic to recover the nails Wich I agree for it , she started very well and then start rushing and damage my nail it was a complete mess I couldn’t belive she wanted to leave it this way so i ask her to fix it she try several times and couldn’t get it right to the point that my finger was hurting so much , some of the other girl were triying to help her but she seem like didn’t wanted any help , hard to predict as they were taking difeeent language …
The. She decide to start my pedicure and rushed literally took 15 minutes for spa manicure Wich they charge the crazy amount of £45 !!!!!
Well she was rushing so much that I had to remind her she didn’t treat one of my toes spa manicure lady’s and gentleman’s and she literally just ask me to put my toes inside the water nothing else apart of it for £45! Absolutely crazy !! While she was painting my toes I ask her about my hand nails to be done again as they were horrible and I could not understand how could she think it’s okay to leave it this way , she simply said I will remove it or start the new nail again . As I said I’m going for hollidays I need to go I have no time but I need it my nail fix so I agree for her to start again even that could delayed my journey she said sorry and tarted Wich take her another hour !!
I was very stress and I had a very bad time I was feeling tired uncomfortable and in a big pressure at some point I wanted rl cry of the whole situation .
But the best part of it was when I went to paid she actually charge me doe everything. !!!!! Even for the nail she damage and took her another hour to fix !! £1.50 for extra nail shame on her !
Affter washing my time ,ñ, she actually missed to charge me for the flashing water of the toilet , it’s disgusting the way this place treat customers I wasent expected to be charge for my manicure but happy to
Paid for everything else .
Now I had horrible experience, pain on my nail and finger and 4 hours wasted .

Awful service pretty sure they don't know how to do a proper manicure. Shellac is uneven, cuticles were untouched I would have done a better job at home. Not worth the £29 paid, avoid if you can!!

They constantly try and over charge you for their service. I wanted to get a mini spa with a pedicure white tips and was told it was £35. They then try to pressure me to get gel which would have been an additional £11. I declined on two occasions. When I sat down to begin they told me it would be and additional £8 to remove my nail varnish ? Bearing in mind these additional costs are not on their price list. Save your money and go to Tracy’s nails in Streatham, must better service and reasonable price

Today for the first time I came to this salon and I had a great experience. Staff members were very polite and made feel very welcome and comfortable. 100% recommended👌😉

I am sorry to say this, however, in my experience I cannot recommend this place at all. I was seen 20 minutes late, my treatment lasted 40 minutes instead of 1 hour and I was even charged £1.50 for the bed sit to add insult to the injury! Very disappointed and I will not be returning
