The environment is clean classically pretty. The music is load, very up beat for Downham. The receptionist was polite and friendly. I had a wax as a therapist myself the lady waxed me in every direction which can induce ingrown hairs. Unfortunately on this occasion it was not accurately done leaving me with excess hair and feeling rather sticky. Would I go again ?? Yes but I shouldn't have to advise a fellow therapist how to wax.

I use this beauty shop ALL the time! The staff are always polite and the sunbeds are always super hot. They also have loads of other fab services, you leave feeling million pounds I would highly recommend, its downham best kept secret <3

Such a lovely and friendly place. I use the sunbeds all the time. Always clean. Bulbs replaced often. Feel like your on holiday the minute you walk through the door, the atmosphere is amazing. I love the ladies here. I would highly recommend to everyone xx

I'd like to put a review up for Jada as we have all had treatments with her and my mum jst recently, the results are exceptional! Jada is very proffessional and has excellent customer service skills, she makes us all feel so at ease and comfortable and Jada is very knowledgeable and knows exactly whats best and we always get exactly what we want and better, Shes amazing. The beauty salon is always so hygenic and beautifully clean too.

Warm welcoming beautiful clean environment and lovely staff. Had BIAb done and it was perfect as usual. Nails are looking better everytime.

A salon that I used for sunbeds, until today when I went in to make an appointment for nails. I came across a very rude woman, it was raining outside and entering with the umbrella she didn't even answer my greeting but warned me that the umbrella was leaking, obviously, it was raining outside... I will not use this salon again. The lady from the sunbeds is exceptional, too bad the woman from the nails doesn't know customer service. Disappointing
