Just walked out on my appointment at buff as what should have been a relaxed manicure left me hurt. After letting the technician know she’d hurt me, she continued to aggressively file off my polish and advise that this is what needed to be done. I had previously had good experiences but not sure I will be quick to return.

Update: Following a phone call from Hayley, I received an apology that “I felt I had a bad experience”. It is clearly not good enough for a client to be believed either in person when they say something is sore or while being asked what had happened for the Buff team. Really disappointed and upset. An genuine apology would have gone a long way.

In April I was asked to be a hair model for the new Aveda permanent colour by Nicky. I’d been having a Demi plus tint for the last couple of years but my grey was getting too resistant to the colour and it was time for a change. Myself, Nicky and the Aveda rep (sorry I can’t remember her name!) discussed my colour history and they came up with a plan going forwards. My hair is now permanently coloured with some herringbone foils to add some lights and warm up. Am super happy with the result and don’t feel I have to run back every four weeks to get my roots tinted. Although I am booked in to add more foils soon!! Nicky is such an expert colourist and I am so lucky I booked in with her all those years ago ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Visited Buff Hair and Beauty for a Portier Original Brazilian Blow Dry with the fabulous Nicky. Nicky never fails to tame my unruly tresses and today was no exception!!

Amazing treatment that will last for months, see before and after pictures. Hair is so soft and takes minutes to blow dry… which is more like a rough dry now, lovely bonus I wasn’t expecting - thank you Nicky. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A huge thank you to Hayley for my eyebrow transformation! I’ve got a scar on my eyebrow from falling into a rose bush at the age of 3, as an adult the scar has prevented me from growing a bushy/full brow, but Hayley’s expertise in permanent make-up has given me 2 fuller, natural looking brows. This women knows her stuff, from shaping, colour matching, style and overall experience I’ve felt in expert hands. On top of all that Hayley has a way about her that makes you feel like you are the only client in her world, which is quite a skill indeed!

Hayley was so welcoming and chatted through everything involved with semi-permanent make up, eyebrow tattoo and microblading. She listened to what I wanted to achieve. After the initial appointment to discuss everything, I had my first appointment to shape my eyebrows for the following week’s semi-permanent make up. Hayley is very professional makes you feel really at ease, she wants to give you the best result she can. It is just over 4 weeks since I had my eyebrows done and they look fantastic. I am delighted with how natural they look, no-one has realised that they aren’t my natural eyebrows, and all comments once I’ve told people have been wow how fantastic they look. I have another appointment with Hayley in 10 days time to touch up anything that may need a quick enhancement. Hayley has personally checked in with me several times in the last month to check that originally I was healing ok and that everything was ok.
It was a just a little uncomfortable following the treatment for a couple of days while the skin re-healed, you can’t get them wet for a week following, but receive all the after treatment you need. I am really delighted with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hayley. Thanks again, Karen.

I had a treatment with Hayley and couldn't be happier. Aside from the (great!) result, Hayley explained everything to me clearly and put me at ease, and I was much more relaxed as a result. Buff is a friendly an warm environment and I highly recommend it!

I went to Buff for lip blush, (semi-permanent cosmetic tattooing). The salon is very sleek and the team are extremely friendly.

Hayley was especially amazing, she made sure I was comfortable before and whilst I had treatment on my lips. She had also contacted me for an update on how my lips were looking, ahead of the review - which I thought was great!

I am in love with my new lips. The pigmentation is very natural (which is exactly what I wanted), I never need to grab lip liner or lip stick now - this has really changed my life!! I have copied a photo below which is my bare lips, without any makeup on top.

I have already recommended Buff to my friends!

I was treated by Hayley and her team for eyebrow microblading and eyelash extensions, I was impressed with both treatments and felt very well looked after. The results are amazing. I was made to feel comfortable and the aftercare was explained perfectly. I also gained knowledgeable advice on further treatments when I asked. All of the staff are super friendly and I’ll be sure to go back very soon :)
